CWB issues extremely heavy rain advisory for N. Taiwan
(氣象局對北台灣發布豪大雨特報)

The CWB predicts that the weather front will bring showers and thunderstorms throughout all of Taiwan proper and most outer islands. Due to the intensification of the northeastern monsoon and heavy rainfall, temperatures in northern Taiwan will become significantly cooler.
(氣象局預測，鋒面將為台灣本島以及多數外島地區帶來大量降雨與雷擊。由於東北季風強化以及強烈的降雨，北台灣的氣溫將明顯變得更涼爽。)

As for temperatures, the mercury in northern Taiwan will drop from 26 to 27 degrees Celsius during the day to 20 degrees in the evening. In the rest of the country, daytime highs will range between 28 and 30 degrees, while lows will drop to between 22 and 24 degrees.
(氣溫方面，北台灣傍晚時刻，氣溫將從26-27℃降至20℃左右。其他地區白天高溫將介於28-30℃之間，而低溫將降至22-24℃之間。)

The CWB warns of strong wind gusts of up to 8 or 9 on the Beaufort scale in northern and eastern Taiwan (Including Orchid Island and Green Island). Meanwhile, the CWB has advised possible flight delays in Kinmen and Matsu due to fog or low clouds.
(氣象局對北台灣以及東台灣(包含蘭嶼跟綠島)發出警告，最強風級可來到8-9級的強陣風。同時，氣象局也建議金馬與馬祖的飛機航班因霧或低雲層延後航班起降時間。)
