Thanks to New World CLUB "Food Artisan" campaign inspired by the food heritage of Hong Kong, we had a chance to experience traditional Chinese culture transformed into cocktails! Sohofama’s @kitcheung_bartender taught us about Chinese herbs and how combining certain ingredients with alcohol can be beneficial to your health, in moderation of course.
He made us four cocktails influenced by Chinese apothecaries. My favorite was the "Smoking Chamomile" made with chamomile-infused wine, lemon juice, apple juice and local honey, smoked with apple wood. 如何食得健康~
四面環海的台灣其實非常適合地中海飲食,Mediterranean diet,
今天Celine就來介紹給大家!
* First of all, eat primarily fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and nuts.
第一點就是主要要吃蔬菜水果,全穀物,還有堅果類。
* Replace butter with healthy fats, such as olive oil.
接著就是用健康的油脂代替奶油。
* Use herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods.
用香草和香料代替鹽來調味。
* Limit red meat to no more than a few times a month.
限定自己一個月只能吃少量次數的紅肉。
* Eat fish and poultry at least twice a week
每個禮拜至少吃兩次魚類或是家禽類。
* Drinking red wine in moderation
喝適量的紅酒。
