Twitter ของเกม The Witcher ได้ประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการในวันนี้ ว่า The Witcher 3 เตรียมที่จะวางจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการบนเครื่อง PS5 และ Xbox SX ในรูปแบบ Complete Edition ที่มี DLC และเนื้อหาเสริมครบถ้วน โดยจะมีการปรับปรุงกราฟฟิกในเกมให้สวยงามมากขึ้นกว่าเดิม และรองรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่อย่าง Ray Tracing อีกด้วย

ส่วนสำหรับเจ้าของเกมบนเครื่อง PC และคอนโซลยุคปัจจุบันอย่าง PS4 และ Xbox One ก็จะได้รับการอัปเกรดดังกล่าวนี้ด้วยเช่นกัน แม้จะยังไม่มีการประกาศออกมาว่าจะวางขายหรืออัปเดตเมื่อไหร่ แต่เชื่อว่าน่าจะไล่เลี่ยกับช่วงที่เครื่องรุ่นใหม่วางขายอย่างแน่นอน
