My @blueshopcottage x @amassaplace residency really highlights my summertime this year. It's an amazing time for me to explore things and learn from people. Joining artist residency, living with the best, friendly and creative artists 💜and choosing material for this work are all my first experiences.
I chose a transparent material when considering making penetration and connection between #Natural and my work. Thinking about the whole background can penetrate and integrate into a part of my work and record the current dynamics reflected on the plastic sheet in real-time when dragging my artwork around.

💌 Dear Mr Dad,
Remember this precious moment 11 years ago? Remember all those beautiful years we had working together side by side? Remember going back and forth to London every week? Remember staying up till late to meet the deadline? Remember the joy we had after all the hard work? Remember your photography & design studio in the heart of Birmingham city centre?
Ohhh how I miss the good old days! To be able to work long hours. To be able to walk tirelessly. To be able to see flawlessly. To be able to breathe without pain…
Thank you for giving me years of priceless experiences that I wouldn’t trade for anything else in this world. And yes, if you asked me, I would do it all over again with you and only you. But as for now, even to be able to wake up every morning, still breathing, and to see your face next to me is more than enough for me…
Maybe I will never be that same energetic person ever again but I promise you that for as long as The Almighty allows me to get out of bed every morning, I will keep on supporting every step of yours until my last breath. And let’s finish #TheOldForgeCottage - our dream house project - together…
Beyond blessed,
Mrs Mom
#wisemomsays
p/s: Thanks to Facebook memories for reminding us of what a wonderful life we had…

Do you remember the Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival held in Switzerland this June? This was the very time that Taiwan was officially featured in the festival. The NIFFF launched “Formosa Fantastica” and set up a category for immersive content. Huang’s latest work “Samsara” has also taken part in the festival.
According to Verizon Media’s analysis data for the first quarter of this year, Taiwan’s interest in accepting immersive performances is higher than the global average. Also, the contents and forms of Taiwanese immersive experiences are highly diverse. Perhaps that was the reason for the NIFFF to choose Taiwan as their featured country this year.
And how does Taiwan develop the field of immersive experience? Check out the article below!
