我最近又忙瘋了,幾乎沒時間停下來,一直往前衝🌪 你以為我整天在海邊?錯!❌ 我幾乎都在城市裡,工作壓力很大,而且比基尼旺季開始後 我最近每天push 自己跟 SurfAce團隊,希望讓大家更好更強更聰明!🔥 但工作忙碌的同時,我還是選擇了繼續運動,甚至答應了自己繼續追我的熱情,週末上瑜伽師資培訓課跟自由潛水訓練課💥💧 這三個月一天工作跟念書常達到14個小時,睡覺5-6小時,剩下時間運動洗澡吃飯騎車發文⋯ 👣⠀
還有,大家還記得我之前開始的75天挑戰嗎? sorry我忙到忘了分享挑戰的內容(它包含不斷的飲食控制,戒酒戒糖,運動,念書,喝水🏃🏿♀️🥬💧📖)雖然沒分享但是我並沒停掉~ 結果再一個禮拜連續的75天就結束了!😱 時間很寶貴,你越好利用它過越快!⏲️⠀

認真生活,就是 work hard play hard 的概念✌🏽 別被我的美照騙了,我可是跟大家一樣為了生存而拼命工作,為了自我提升跟成長 每天努力付出!⠀

I've been hustling non-stop past weeks, it is crazy. No time to stop and think, plain head down and busting ass daily.. 👣 Working over time, constantly pushing myself and the @surfaceapparel team to be stronger and smarter, training new staff and starting new projects. While work is stressful, I can’t help but squeeze in my passions, Yoga teacher practice and free dive trainings. 🔥💧 oh, and I nearly forgot... remember the 75days hard challenge? I was so busy I never posted about it, but guess what, I didn’t stop, and now... only one week is left and it’s already over. Time flies! ☄️⠀

You might think I miss vacation, but actually I just miss surfing hahaha... i know everyone thinks I must live at the ocean and surf n dive daily. But guess what, I work and study up to 14h-15h daily, sleep 5-6h and exercise. That’s all for the last 3 months. But I love my every day hustle because I focus on the growth and the step by step achievements. 🌸 ⠀

Don’t think I am just surfing and playing all the time because I post mostly that. I post this because this is what I work hard for! 😉 and therefor I cherish and enjoy it with soooo much love! 💜 ⠀

Interval: 30secs Workout 15sec Rest - 10 Intervals
Goal: Beginners x1-2 sets Intermediate x3-4 sets
Beginners, you can do the workout without dumbbells.
To progress:
- Choose the advance option.
- Go for heavier weights.
- Do more sets.

This workout is a combination core and cardio exercises to target the mid section and to burn the stubborn fat layer off.
Exercises:
1. Cross Punch Crunch
2. Bicycle Crunches
3. Breakdancer
4. Cross Tuck Frogger
5. Plank Hip Dip
6. Side Plank Crunch
7. Plank Twist
8. Bunny Hops
Interval: 30secs workout with 15 secs rest - 8 Intervals - 2 Rounds
Goal: Beginners x2 rounds Intermediate x4 rounds
To progress:
- Choose the advance option.
- Increase the workout time to 45 secs
- Do more sets.
- Hold a pair of light weighted dumbbells
