I’m very pleased to announce that @lululemonhk ambassador and Hong Kong’s premier @insideyoga teacher @reebiesw, and @nikehkg trainer and @dharmayoganyc yoga teacher @delia.indrayoga will continue to be part of the mentoring team of my upcoming #mentorshipworkshop 1.0.

And I’m very excited by the new addition of @olmenchu, a yoga teacher who has successfully transitioned from her previous job as a flight attendant, to an up and coming yoga teacher with a popular YouTube channel. Last year, she became an ambassador for @lululemonhk and she has guided thousands of yogis on how to stretch and do yoga safely at home on YouTube over the covid-19 lockdown period.

These three outstanding yoga teachers, who have assisted me in various yoga conferences and workshops at @iris.hkg @barcelonayogaconference and @yonion_yogafestival, will each bring in a different expertise and perspective to the new #mentorshipworkship graduates, and become their mentor and compass for life 🙏🏼

Mentorship Workshop found its humble beginning some five years ago, has served the Hong Kong wellness community by helping yoga teachers refine their teaching skills, find their confidence in their teaching, and learn the business of yoga.

You will learn the mistakes I made in the past so you don’t have to repeat them, and I will share my secrets to teaching with authenticity, integrity and confidence.
