這週端午補假要工作六天大家還好嗎？還是有人週六先請假了呢？

昨晚甩哥清冰箱，在冷凍找到了之前在IKEA購入的無骨鮭魚菲力，感覺像妮妮找到200元一樣開心！覺得不用出門也能吃排餐好棒棒！

由於最近天氣太熱，甩哥我煮飯的方式也是一切從簡，所以我家的新朋友氣炸鍋就出動啦～

鮭魚菲力前一晚就用百里香、迷迭香、蒜末、胡椒鹽醃整晚，食品櫃隨意找到的一個罐頭鷹嘴豆也是如獲至寶，感謝自己平常都有囤貨習慣，在家餓不太死😂

四季豆、甜豆去頭尾、撕去粗纖維，四季豆要煮比較久才不會生澀，先下鍋隨便以橄欖油文火乾煎一陣子再放甜豆，都煎上微微焦色後再灑水上蓋燜蒸調味待後熟便可起鍋備著。

氣炸鍋烤魚非常快，完全不用算預熱時間，直接用烤魚模式烤15分鐘即可，時間到就是完美的熟度，完全不用費心顧爐，比較值得一提的是甩哥我有墊烘焙紙，所以不用但是沾黏在烤網囉～

最後全部組合在一起就上桌啦～配著我近期心頭好的勝獅啤酒，清爽解膩無負擔，不用出門也能吃大餐。

對了對了，今天的黃檸檬是台灣產的黃檸檬唷！香氣真的是棒極了，大家去全聯看到真的要買來試試，在地黃檸檬不會讓各位失望的🍋❤️

After he analyzes my hair, he explains my hair quality, discusses hairstyles, and suggests hair color and recommends suitable hair products for me detaily ? Parson is also a vegan, so all the products he chooses, including shampoo, conditioner and hair dye, have no animal ingredients and no animal tests, which makes me feel very safe ~
