Life is like a box of chocolates，you never know what you're gonna get。 人生就是這麼奇妙，一波來的又急又快的疫情，改變了我持續好幾年的旅遊人生。去年初因為疫情開始下廚的我，竟然也推出食譜書了😆 關於「一口鑄鐵鍋，端出一桌菜」這本書的起源，其實要從去年悦知文化出版社的作者餐會談起。
去年七月我參加了悅知文化在「食憶」餐廳舉辦的作者餐會，由一群退休長輩們掌廚的食憶餐廳是個非常特別的存在，而悅知文化也為食憶 by SUi的19位長輩主廚推出了一本「食憶的家傳菜譜」，當時我就對餐廳和書籍都留下了極美好的印象。
自從我開始下廚後因為迷上鑄鐵鍋而加入「我愛Staub鑄鐵鍋」臉書社團，可能是因為在社團中還蠻積極的分享料理與鍋具，去年九月時受到Coco 樂食堂coco Chang的熱情邀約前往參加一人一菜的鑄鐵鍋餐聚。來參加的朋友們都是各行各業的菁英，而這群人的最大的共同特點就是很會做菜、喜歡美食、最重要的就是熱愛Staub鑄鐵鍋。在活動現場看到大家的滿滿熱情，與品嚐到各位大師使用鑄鐵鍋做出來的十多道經典好菜，當下我就萌生或許可以像食憶的家傳菜譜一樣，將大家的心血結晶集結成食譜書的念頭。
由於我曾經出版過兩本書，對於書籍的製作流程算是有些許的了解，同時也因為出書而跟悅知文化出版社的編輯許芳菁成為現實生活中的好友。9/13一人一菜餐聚結束後我便立刻上網搜尋關於鑄鐵鍋食譜的書籍，發現目前市面上的鑄鐵鍋食譜大多都是英文或是日文翻譯書，屬於台灣本土的鑄鐵鍋食譜可以說是幾乎沒有。外國食譜的食材通常較難取得，口味上也不一定符合台灣人，加上台灣人特別喜歡喝湯吃火鍋，外國的鑄鐵鍋食譜多數強調無水烹調，讓我更加篤定本土化的鑄鐵鍋食譜絕對可以跟市面上的書籍做出極大差異。
聚餐活動結束兩天後我便大膽的向編輯芳菁提出我的想法，同時也對Coco提出大家一起出版食譜書的念頭，發現Coco也早已有這個想法但由於對出版業界不熟悉不知如何開始。剛好出版部分我略懂，在統整了許多資料與簡單市場調查後我便向悅知文化出版社提案，很快也很幸運的獲得出版社的認同，於是開始了我們統籌第一本本土鑄鐵鍋食譜之路。
從一開始的邀請食譜作者，蒐集食譜，統整食譜避免過多重複菜色，市場調查，勘查拍攝場地，研究行銷策略等等，一路走來真的非常不容易，一度我還走火入魔到不管去到哪都可以找到跟我們食譜書的連結。例如去年10月到雲林參觀御鼎興純手工柴燒黑豆醬油工廠時發現主廚Ozzy使用Stuab鑄鐵鍋，就雞婆的詢問人家是否有意願一起出版食譜。和不同廠商討論攝影工作時就會觀察店家是否有機會成為我們食譜的拍攝場地，或是和店家討論否有機會成為食譜行銷活動的推廣聯盟等等。
6/18「一口鑄鐵鍋，出一桌好菜」這本書就要開始預購了，在這裡我要感謝書中17位作者群不藏私的將拿手好菜分享給大家，與拍攝食譜時的全力配合。感謝宇宙無敵可愛又善解人意的編輯Fangching Hsu 許芳菁，要統整編輯17人100份食譜真的不是件簡單的工作，拍攝食譜時還要充當手模，還要幫忙擺盤洗碗採購真是辛苦妳了！感謝美麗親切又熱心的Coco辛苦來回奔走與溝通協調，以及安排接下來一連串的行銷策略。感謝「我愛Staub鑄鐵鍋」社團與悅知文化出版社，感謝所有支持食譜書的朋友們。
另外一定要提一下的是這本書百分之九十以上的照片都是我拍的，比起成為食譜作者之一，讓我更驕傲的是這次拍攝出來的照片我自己也蠻喜歡的，而且由於擔任食譜攝影師的關係我還把家裡的貓貓也拍進書裡，當初只是順手拍拍，沒想到花瓜和醬瓜的照片不但被採用還被放很大張真是始料未及 XDDD
現在我們第二本鑄鐵鍋食譜已經在籌辦中，希望各界鑄鐵鍋烹飪高手們踴躍加入我愛Staub鑄鐵鍋社團並參與食譜製作，讓我們一起跟全世界分享Staub鑄鐵鍋的美食世界。
