今天分享一個高麗菜的新作法
這是一道澎湖的名菜『花生炒高麗菜』
不過這次我做了一點小改變
我用了Shot榨油機用了3分鐘在炒菜直接現榨花生油
榨完油的花生也一起炒了進去
花生油的香再配上花生渣炒在高麗菜裡面真的是～香啊！

👩‍🍳【食譜】👨‍🍳
■花生 30克
■高麗菜 半顆（我選用的比較小顆）
■辣椒 1支
■蔥 1支
■米酒 1匙
■鹽 1小匙

1.先將花生水洗過後150度烤25分鐘
2.將花生用榨油機榨出花生油
3.高麗菜切塊後放入塑膠袋後灑鹽混和均勻到出水
4.熱鍋後加入現榨花生油
5.加入辣椒跟蔥段爆香
6.再放入高麗菜跟米酒拌炒
7.最後加入榨油的花生渣拌炒後就可以起鍋

■Cabbage x1/2
■Chili x1
■Salt 1t
■Rice wine 1T
■Shallot x1
■Butter 40g

好吃到會停不下來真的太可怕了
又是我最愛的甜點之一『檸檬塔』
這次的版本改良成更簡單
不用花很多時間做塔皮
使用伊萊克斯的控溫電茶壺來做內餡根本超方便
直接定溫，根本不怕過熟或是不熟
比起瓦斯爐隔水加熱方便超多
簡單做出完美內餡！

👨‍🍳【食譜Recipe】👨‍🍳
/8寸模具/
■消化餅乾150g
■無鹽奶油 50g
■砂糖 30g

■全蛋蛋液 3顆
■細砂糖 120g
■檸檬汁 2顆
■檸檬皮 2顆
■無鹽奶油 100g

1.消化餅乾加入砂糖用果汁機打碎後
2.加入用伊萊克斯控溫電茶壺隔水加熱融化的無鹽奶油
3.拌入無鹽奶油後放入派模中壓緊後放入烤箱180度12分鐘
4.再冷藏3-4個小時

1.接下來內餡的部分將糖混合檸檬皮用手捏均勻
2.加入檸檬汁 蛋液
3.使用伊萊克斯控溫電茶壺隔水加熱設定80度
4.攪拌均勻到凝固後就可以完成
5.降溫至60度時加入無鹽奶油攪拌
6.最後倒入餅皮中冷藏就完成囉！
