I made this wish of making installation secretly last year, and it came true.
Very surreal. It was a mind-seeding to myself. Mind-seeding enough to become action goal.

【#BetweentheLines – The Legends of Hong Kong Printing｜Video Sharing】⠀

By the 1970s up until the 1980s, the letterpress industry in Hong Kong was in its full glory. Mr Lai Chun-ying and Masters Yam Wai-sang, Lam On, and Tong Hon-chi are all experienced local print workers; their stories bear the traces of the development of the printing industry in Hong Kong.

🔍 “Between the Lines – The Legends of Hong Kong Printing” presents to us an array of interesting stories about movable type and lithography, two traditional printing methods. Besides showcasing the lost art of traditional printing techniques, the exhibition also illustrates how young designers are injecting their creativity into a new generation of printed products, reviving and transforming the tradition of movable type and letterpress printing.⠀
