●For the pizza dough ピザ生地
320g Bread Flour (or Plain Flour) 強力粉 320g
20g Sugar 砂糖 20g
4g Salt 塩 4g
4g Dry yeast ドライイースト 4g
200g Lukewarm water ぬるま湯 200g
25g Olive Oil オリーブオイル 25g

●For the pizza topping トッピング
◎Bell pepper & Zucchini pizza パプリカとズッキーニのピザ
★Tomato sauceトマトソース
Red bell pepper 赤パプリカ
Yellow bell pepper 黄色パプリカ
Zucchini ズッキーニ
Bacon ベーコン
Pizza cheese ピザ用チーズ
Mozzarella cheese モッツァレラチーズ
◎Salami pizza サラミピザ

★Plain yogurt(Greek yogurt) プレーンヨーグルト(塩少々を加えて水切りしたもの)
★Maple syrup メープルシロップ

Granulated sugar グラニュー糖

◎Mackerel miso pizza 鯖味噌のピザ
★Japanese Mayonnaise マヨネーズ
★Curry powder カレー粉
Canned mackerel miso 鯖味噌缶
Cherry tomato プチトマト
Green onions 小葱
Pizza cheese ピザ用チーズ
Mozzarella cheese モッツァレラチーズ
★はピザ生地の上に一番最初に塗ります。
【Directions】
①Combine Bread Flour (OR Plain Flour), Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl.
②Add Warm Water and Olive Oil. Mix until a dough comes together.
Knead, adding more flour as required, until smooth and elastic.
Leave them for 15 mins.
③Divide the dough into 4 pieces and round them.
④Use either your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into 7.8"circle and either pinch the edges or fold them over to form a crust.
⑤Preheat the oven to 392 °F/200℃.
Brush the entire surface of the pizza with oil.
Use a fork to poke holes all over the surface of the pizza.
⑥Bake for 8-9 minutes.
***Just until the dough firms up and you can easily add your toppings.
⑦Top with your desired toppings,bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese and crust are nice and golden.
⑧slice and serve!
***You can freeze the dough.
***You can add your toppings and bake right away.

【作り方】
①ボウルに強力粉、砂糖、塩を入れぐるぐる混ぜる。
②真ん中にイーストを加えたら、イースト目がけてぬるま湯を入れる。
③へらなどで混ぜ、ある程度混ざってきたくらいでオリーブオイルを加えて混ぜる。
④台に移して、つるんとなめらかになるくらいまでこねる。
***動画内ではこねる所はほぼノーカットにしてありますので、一緒にこねましょう^^
⑤生地がつるんとしてきたら、まるめて乾燥しないように、上からボウルを被せて15分そのまま室温に置いておく。
(気温が高いときは室温で、低いときは暖かな場所で)
⑥生地を取り出し4分割にして丸める。
⑦丸めたら生地が乾燥しないように、オリーブオイルを少しからめるようにぬっておく、。
⑧2枚ずつ焼くので、半分はラップをして野菜室に入れて待機。
⑨オーブンを200℃に予熱スタート。
生地をオーブンシートの上に乗せ、麺棒で20cmに伸ばす。
***麺棒である程度伸ばしてから手のひらで伸ばしてもok!
***シルパンをお持ちの方はお使いください、生地が張り付くので伸ばしやすいです。
⑩生地の縁をぐるりと一周、指で押さえて耳を作る。
刷毛で軽くオリーブオイルを塗り、フォークで穴を開ける。
⑪200℃に温めたオーブンに入れて8-9分、少し焼き色がつくくらいに焼いて取り出す。
***2枚を上下で焼くときは上下を途中で入れ替えます。
焼いている間に残り2枚分生地を伸ばすか、もしくは2枚焼き上がってから、次の生地を伸ばして同様に焼きます。
すぐにピザを焼かないときは生地は1枚ずつ袋などに入れるか、ぴったり包んで、冷凍します。(大き目のファスナー付き袋などに入れると、乾燥や匂い移りに心配なく保存できます)
⑫焼き上がったら、好きなトッピングを乗せて200℃のオーブンで10分位チーズが溶けて良い焼き色がつくまで焼く。
●オーブンによって火力など変わってきますので、調整してください。
魚焼きグリルやトースターなどでも焼けます。
●オリーブオイルは他のオイルにも変更できます。
ただ、オリーブオイルの香りがピザのクラフトにはすごく合って、より美味しく感じますのでピザの生地作りにはオリーブオイルをおススメします。
●もしも残ったら、カットしてから1ピースずつラップに包んでジッパー付き袋に入れて冷凍します。 食べる時はレンチンで!
●とろけるチーズと具材の乗せ方
生地にソース→ピザチーズ→具材→ピザチーズ、又はモッツァレラチーズの
順番にすると具材がきちんと見えて、美味しそうに焼き上がります。

こいのぼりお子様ランチ
2皿分
材料:
■鯉のぼりミートローフ
鶏ひき肉 80g
豚ひき肉 100g
にんじん(みじん切り)2㎝
玉ねぎ(みじん切り)1/8個
いんげん(5㎜厚さの小口切り)2本
Aパン粉 1/2カップ
A牛乳 大さじ1
A卵 1個
B酒 小さじ1/2
Bオリーブオイル 小さじ1/2
B砂糖 小さじ1/4
B塩 小さじ1/4
Bナツメグ 少々
B黒コショウ 少々
■オーロラソース
マヨネーズ 大さじ1
ケチャップ 大さじ1/2
砂糖 1つまみ
にんじん(薄い半月切り)1㎝
ズッキーニ(薄い半月切り)1㎝
塩 少々
スライスチーズ 適量
焼きのり 適量
ケチャップライス 適量
エビフライ(市販品)4本
アスパラガス(塩ゆで)2本
スナップエンドウ(塩ゆで)2個
ミニトマト 適量
ブロッコリー(塩ゆで)適量
ベビーリーフ 適量
作り方:
1.鯉のぼりミートローフを作る。ボウルにひき肉、A、Bを入れて混ぜ、なじんだらにんじん、玉ねぎ、いんげんを加えて粘りが出るまでよく混ぜる。
2.オーブンは200℃に予熱する。天板にクッキングシートをひき、(1)を2等分に分けてのせ、厚さ2㎝ほどの長方形にして魚の形に成形する。オーブンで10~15分焼き、取り出して粗熱を取る。
3.オーロラソースの材料を混ぜる。
4.にんじんとズッキーニはそれぞれ耐熱容器に入れて塩少々をまぶし、600Wの電子レンジでにんじんは40秒、ズッキーニは20秒かける。スライスチーズ、焼きのりは丸く切る。
5.粗熱が取れたミートローフを大きめのお皿にのせ、左3㎝を残して右側にオーロラソースを塗る。右側から少しずつ重ねながら(4)をうろこの様に並べ、左側にスライスチーズと焼きのりを目のようにしてのせる。
6.鯉のぼりの周りにエビフライやアスパラガス、開いたスナップエンドウを飾り、ケチャップライス、ミニトマト、塩ゆでブロッコリー ベビーリーフ等を添えて完成!

◆Koinobori meatloaf
80g ground chicken
100g ground pork
2cm carrot (diced)
1/8 onion (diced)
2 green beans (cut into 5mm pieces)
A1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
A1 tablespoon milk
A1 egg
B1/2 teaspoon sake
B1/2 teaspoon olive oil
B1/4 teaspoon sugar
B1/4 teaspoon salt
B Some nutmeg
B Some black pepper
◆Aurora sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon ketchup
1 pinch sugar
1cm carrot (half moon sliced)
1cm zucchini (half moon sliced)
Some salt
Some sliced cheese
Some dried seaweed
Some steamed rice with ketchup
4 fried shrimps
2 asparagus (boiled)
2 sugar snap peas (boiled)
Some cherry tomatoes
Some broccolis (boiled)
Some baby leaves
PREPARATION
1. For Koinobori meatloaf: Mix ground chicken & pork and all ingredients for A & B. Add carrots, onions, and green beans. Knead well.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a pan with parchment paper. Divide (1) into two. Form two mini fish aka Koinobori (thickness: 2cm) on the pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
3. For aurora sauce: Mix all ingredients for the sauce.
4. Put carrot and zucchini slices in separate heat-proof plates, season with salt. Microwave at 600W for 40 seconds for carrots, 20 seconds for zucchini. Cut the sliced cheese and dried seaweed into circles.
5. Place meatloaf on a plate. Spread some aurora sauce (leave 3cm of the left side). Place carrot and
zucchini slices (4), slitty overlapped, from the right side to make uroko (fish scale) patten. Place circle cut cheese and seaweed to make an eye.
6. Place fried shrimps and make eyes and uroko. Decorate the plate with asparagus, snap peas, rice with ketchup, cherry tomatoes, broccolis, and baby leaves.
7.Enjoy!
