One of my favorite dips to use at home bila makan lekor ke, makan ayam goreng ke or apa-apa saje - ada sos ada nasi putih pun dah siap cause it just mixes well with anything and today, I'm going to enhance my Battered Beef with Soy Chili Dip with ABC Sweet Soy Sauce! Jom cuba ni di rumah, nak ayam goreng salut sos ni pun okay jugak, tapi not necessarily perlukan beef je. Anda boleh pelbagaikan mengikut selera masing-masing. So this dish lepas IG Live tu, I made it for my family and sos tu sampai sekarang pun my children have been asking for more during waktu Berbuka and Sahur. Amazing, tak pernah pun ada sos yang semacam ni sampai tak habis-habis tanya tapi for my kids, saya kurangkan cili dia sikit so untuk sesiapa yang tak suka pedas sangat pun boleh kurangkan cili yang digunakan. So easy and so quick, 15 minutes is all you need! 300g lean beef (thinly sliced) 1/2 cup Cornstarch 1/2 cup Rice flour 1 teaspoon chicken stock 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 table spoon dried chives 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed 8 table spoon Kicap Manis ABC 1/2 lemon juice 4 calamansi juice 6 birds eyes chillis 1 teaspoon chili flakes 1 tablespoon chopped onions 1 whole coriander (Chopped) 1 stalk spring onion 1 tablespoon fried onion 2 tablespoon olive oil Oil for frying #TastyMealswithHeinz @abc.malaysia.official

Today’s dish is not from my mothers recipe hehehe .. this is a dish that I picked up and fallen in loved with thru my travels to The Land Of Smiles , Thailand. I remembered one of my good buddy that I was traveling thru inner Asia asked me “you love this dish so much don’t you?” I said “how do you know?” His reply nearly chocked me with laughter when he answered “well, it’s not hard to guess since this is the one dish that you ordered the most frequent since we have been on the road. From south Thailand to now Vientiane in Laos “ hehehehehe.. yup , I love this dish. The fresh smell of Thai Basil, the hot tangy taste of Cili and oyster sauce and a tinge of fish sauce to bring that Ong Bak kick to it.. this is my go to dish when i miss Thailand .
