但蔡醫師要幫這些配菜講講好話,撇開外食普遍太油的問題(必要的話可以過水),滷海帶蘿蔔、筍、紅蘿蔔、電話線(啥)、洋蔥、油菜等等,都是還不錯的纖維素來源。毛豆炒豆干也是很棒的植物性蛋白。
至於紅燒茄子嘛,我自己是超怕茄子的😂,而且據說茄子都是先炸後燒,減肥的時候還是避開為妙。
