1.華佗神方
<篇名>五○一五·華佗治脫骨疽神方
屬性:此症發生於手指或足趾之端,先癢而後痛,甲現暗色,久則潰敗,節節脫落。宜用∶ 極大生甘草 研成細末,麻油調敷極濃,逐日更換,十日而愈。內服∶ 金銀花三兩 玄參三兩 當歸二兩 甘草一兩 水煎服,連服十劑,當愈。

岐天師曰:凡人有病氣喘嘔咳者,乃肺病也。肺乃金臟,又嬌臟也。居於心之上,瓣如蓮花,色紅蒂紫。咽管之下,即是肺經,司氣之出入,不容食物。咽之上有會厭在,即小舌頭也。會厭遮住咽門。飲食之類,始能直入食管,而下通於胃。倘人飲食之時多言,會厭不及遮咽門,設或米食之類,入於氣管,則必咳不已。可見氣管不容一物,可知藥亦不熊直入也。治肺之法,正治甚難,當轉治以脾。脾氣有養,則土自生金,咳嗽自己。故五臟之中,除肺一經之外,俱可正治,獨肺經不可正治。然則肺經生癰瘍,何以治之耶。用元參一兩,生甘草一兩,金銀花八兩,當歸二兩,水煎服。
3.驗方新編
脫骨疸
此症生手、足各指(或云只生手足第四指者是),或生指頭,或生指節、指縫。初生或白色痛極,或如粟米起一黃泡。其皮或如煮熟紅棗,黑色不退,久則潰爛,節節脫落,延至手足背腐爛黑陷,痛不可忍。古方有截去指頭一法,斷不可用。宜用頂大甘草,研極細末,用香麻油調敷。要敷極厚,一日一換,不可間斷,忌食發物。不出十日必愈,真神方也。再用金銀花、元參各三錢,當歸二兩,甘草一兩,水煎服,一連十劑,永無後患。藥味不可減少,減則不效,並忌抓擦為要。

清熱消暑冬瓜海帶湯
炎炎夏日在外奔波,難免令人食慾不振,甚至出現腸胃不適症狀如消化不良、胃脹、便秘等。夏天氣候炎熱,難免滿頭大汗中醫認為流汗過多耗損心氣,而且容易引發皮膚不適如濕疹,可適量食用消暑食材,忌食發物。如果今晚留在家吃飯,不妨以清暑祛濕食材煮湯,炎炎夏日下讓身體輕鬆一下!以下這個湯水尤其適合現時悶熱炎夏、無胃口時飲用。
消暑湯水小貼士:
適當地添加消暑袪濕食材如冬瓜、節瓜、老黃瓜、薏米、綠豆、粟米鬚、木瓜、霸王花等。
冬瓜海帶花生眉豆湯
功效:消暑解渴,紓緩腸胃不適症狀如消化不良、無胃口、身體困倦、便秘等。
材料:冬瓜600克、海帶60克、花生20克、眉豆30克、乾瑤柱4-5枚、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,冬瓜連皮切塊,海帶泡水約20分鐘,隔起海帶水備用。
2. 鍋中加約2000毫升水,放入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1.5小時,加鹽調味即可。
Winter melon and kelp soup to clear heat
When you walk around during hot summer, you may have bad appetite, or even stomach discomfort symptoms such as indigestion, stomach bloating or constipation. Hot summer makes you sweaty. From Chinese medicine perspective, excessive sweating can exhaust heart qi and cause skin discomfort like eczema. You should appropriately consume ingredients that can clear summer heat and avoid stimulating food. You should boil a soup with ingredients that can clear summer heat and dispel dampness, let your body have some relief. The following soup is especially suitable for this hot summer and when you are suffering from lack of appetite.
Tips for soup to clear summer heat:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as winter melon, hairy gourd, old cucumber, coix seeds, mung bean, corn silk, papaya, night-blooming cereus.
Winter melon soup with kelp, peanuts and purple haricot
Effects: clears summer heat and relieves thirst, relieves stomach discomfort such as indigestion, bad appetite, fatigue or constipation.
Ingredients: 600g winter melon, 60g kelp, 20g peanuts, 30g purple haricot, 4-5 dried scallops and 2 candied dates.
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients. Winter melon cut into pieces. Soak kelp for 20 minutes and remove from water.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

夏日飲食重點
雖然未食「五月糉」,但也彷彿呼吸到炎夏的暑氣。天氣悶熱令人胃口變差,外出只想吃喝各式甜品、特飲,回家時又按捺不住從冰箱取出冰凍汽水大口大口地喝,這都是因為夏天出汗較多、易耗氣傷津,會出現口渴、口乾等症狀,為了解暑就容易一時吃太多生冷。中醫理論指出「汗為心之液」,所以初夏時節需要注意養心,也要避免滋膩食物。另外夏天亦容易引發皮膚病,可適量食用清熱利濕的食材,忌食發物。天氣再熱,都要每天按時進食三餐保護脾胃運作呢!
夏日宜適量進食:
夏季當造瓜果-冬瓜、西瓜、青瓜、菠蘿、節瓜、絲瓜
苦味食材-苦瓜、芹菜、萵筍、枸杞葉
酸味食材-菠蘿、奇異果、山楂、檸檬、百香果、芒果
養心食材-紅豆、草莓、紅葡萄、紅棗
寒性蔬菜- 芽菜、馬蹄、番茄、白菜、白蘿蔔、菠菜
夏日健脾胃養心餐單
早:烚番薯 / 瑤柱小米粥 / 番茄湯米粉
午:銀魚仔蒸肉餅 / 咕嚕魚塊 / 絲瓜豆腐泡飯
下午茶:一碗份量兩款水果,例如車厘茄、櫻桃、草莓、紅葡萄等等
晚:涼拌苦瓜 / 蒜蓉炒紅莧菜 / 粉葛紅蘿蔔綠豆湯
建議每天飲用米水,全日任何時候皆可飲用。有助消化、轉化並吸收營養、排出多餘水分!
Summer Diet Pointers
It may not quite be time to eat rice dumplings yet, but you can definitely feel the heat in the air. Hot weather may decrease your appetite. You might crave for desserts and specialty drinks while you are out, and head straight to the fridge for a cold soda when you are home. You are thirsty and have dry mouth because you sweat too much in summer, resulting in loss of qi and fluid. You might try to cool down by eating many cold/raw food. Chinese medicine believes that ‘sweat is the heart’s fluid’. So it is important to calm your mind and avoid nourishing food in early summer.
Otherwise, skin allergies are prone to act up in summer. Appropriately consume ingredients that can clear heat and promote diuresis as well as avoid stimulating foods. No matter how hot it is, remember to eat three meals on time to protect spleen and stomach.
Foods to eat appropriately in the summer:
Seasonal melons and fruits- winter melon, watermelon, cucumber, pineapple, hairy gourd, luffa
Bitter- bitter melon, celery, lettuce, wolfberry leaves
Sour- pineapple, kiwi, hawthorn, lemon, passion fruit, mango
Heart nourishing ingredients- red beans, strawberries, red grapes, red date
Cold in nature- sprouts, water chestnuts, tomato, bak choy, white radish, spinach
Summer menu to strengthen the spleen and stomach and calm the mind
Breakfast: steamed sweet potato / dried scallops millet porridge / tomato soup rice noodles
Lunch: steamed meatloaf with ice fish / sweet and sour fish / tofu soup rice with luffa
Afternoon Tea: two types of fruits in a bowl, such as cherry tomatoes, cherries, strawberries, red grapes, etc.
Dinner: cold bitter melon / fried red amaranth with garlic / mung beans soup with carrot and kudzu
It is recommended to drink rice water at any time in the day to improve digestion and relieve water retention.
