限定30食という究極の超濃厚豚骨ラーメンを食べる！福岡県北九州市『ぎょらん亭本店』に伺いました。こちらは創業昭和21年という古くからの老舗ラーメン店で、地元の方から根強い人気を誇っています。食べログのラーメン百名店にも選出されるなどその実力は高く評価されており、名実ともに兼ね備えた人気店です。前回はこってりラーメン「十割」をいただきましたが、今回は1日に約30杯分しか作れないという「どろラーメン」をいただきました。げんこつのみを10時間以上煮立たせた濃厚なスープの味わいは…？気になる味わいは、早速動画をご覧ください！

This is a long-established ramen shop founded in 1946, and is very popular with the locals. Its ability is highly evaluated, such as being selected as one of the 100 famous ramen restaurants in Tabelog, and it is a popular restaurant that has both name and reality. Last time I received a heavy ramen "100%", but this time I received a "Doro ramen" that I can only make about 30 cups a day. 富山ブラックを味わいに！富山県富山市『西町大喜とやマルシェ店』に伺いました。「西町大喜」は昭和22年創業の老舗ラーメン店で、のちに全国的に有名になるご当地ラーメン“富山ブラック”をはじめたお店です。富山ブラックとは、元々肉体労働や運動後の塩分補給とご飯と食べることを意識して作られており、醤油で塩辛く味付けられたラーメンです。その名の通り醤油と大量の黒胡椒の色味が特徴。その昔はお客がセルフで店にご飯を持ち込んでいたそうですよ。強烈な個性を放つ“富山ブラック”。今回は富山駅にある立ち寄りやすいお店で頂きました。始まりの味を早速頂きに参ります！

To taste Toyama Black! We visited "Nishimachi Daiki Toya Marche Store" in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. "Nishimachi Daiki" is a long-established ramen shop founded in 1947, and started with the local ramen "Toyama Black" that later became famous nationwide. Toyama Black is a ramen that was originally made with the intention of eating with rice and salt supplementation after physical labor and exercise, and is seasoned with salty soy sauce. As the name suggests, it is characterized by the color of soy sauce and a large amount of black pepper. In the old days, customers used to bring their own rice to the store. "Toyama Black" gives off a strong personality. This time, I had it at a shop at Toyama station that was easy to stop by. I will come to have the taste of the beginning immediately!
