It’s actually not difficult to get your steps in. Besides keeping active for 30 minutes every day, you can also achieve incidental steps by doing your house chores, walking your dog, going grocery shopping, walking up the stairs, taking our the garbage and more. All these little tasks will add up to your daily steps and keep the heart healthy. ❤️
