🔴MY REVIEW: Great keyboard case with trackpad. The typing experience was really nice and even have backlit for the keyboard. It protects the device well and the keyboard is pure bliss to use. The Apple Pencil holding works well enough. The weight is about the same as the tablet. This has not been an issue for me though. It definitely makes for a very light laptop. Overall, I’m really enjoying using this case. The keyboard is easy to use and has a magnet that grabs my iPad Pro and really holds it in place. This case is fabulous for my purposes as a digital content creator. All in all I have zero complaints. This case is also cheaper than Apple’s versions. If you want a case that is the same quality as Apple’s keyboards but cheaper than I definitely recommend Logitech’s.

SAVE this recipe - it’s a great dish to make over the holiday period for your family/friends coming over!
👩🍳INGREDIENTS👨🍳
(For 4 servings)
10 large eggs
½ cup 2% milk(120 mL)
1 tsp salt
4 slices sprouted grain bread, cut in rough 1-inch (2 cm) squares
Cherry tomatoes(400 g), halved
15 oz chickpeas(425 g)
¼ cup fresh basil leaf(10 g), roughly chopped
4 oz goat cheese(125 g)
1 tbsp olive oil
📝PREPARATION📝
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.
2. Add the bread and make sure the mixture has fully soaked in.
3. Refrigerate the mixture and let it sit for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) when ready to make.
5. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, basil, and goat cheese to the mixture. Toss everything together to thoroughly combine.
6. Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Make surer the sides are coated with oil too.
7. Pour the combined ingredients into the skillet, spread evenly and press the bread into a flat, even layer.
8. Bake until the eggs are completely set and the edges are golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
9. Let sit for 15 minutes.

甘辛チキンのチーズスティック
16本分
材料:
クリームチーズ 225g(柔らかくしておく)
鶏肉 250g(蒸して細く裂いておく)
バッファローソース 145g
ピザ用モッツァレラチーズ 200g
ピザ用チェダーチーズ 100g
ドライランチドレッシンングミックス 30 g
薄力粉 250g
卵 6個(割っておく)
味付けパン粉 3カップ(345g)
ピーナッツオイルかサラダ油(揚げ用)
ランチドレッシング(サーブ用)
作り方:
1.20cm角のオーブン皿に、クッキングシートを敷いておく。
2.大きなボウルに、クリームチーズ、鶏肉、ホットソース(バッファローソース)、チーズ(2種)、ランチドレッシングミックスを入れ、均一になるまで、フォークでよく混ぜる。(1)で用意しておいたオーブン皿に移し、ゴムベラで均一に伸ばす。固まるまで冷凍庫で1時間以上凍らせる。
3.冷凍庫から出したら、急いで、固まった生地を型から出してクッキングシートを外し、10cm×3cmの長方形にカットする。(16本のスティックができる)
4.スティック1つずつに、小麦粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順に衣をつける。さらにもう1回ずつ、卵とパン粉をつけて、オーブン皿に戻す。
5.大きなお鍋を火にかけて、油を190℃に熱する。
6.(4)で衣をつけたスティックを3-4本ずつ、注意深く油の中に入れて、きつね色になるまで30秒程度揚げる。これを繰り返して全てのスティックを揚げる。
7.温かいうちに、ランチドレッシングを添えて完成!

8 oz cream cheese(225 g), softened
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken(250 g)
½ cup buffalo sauce(145 g)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese(200 g)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese(100 g)
1 oz dry ranch dressing mix(30 g), 1 packet
2 cups all-purpose flour(250 g)
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups seasoned bread crumbs(345 g)
peanut or vegetable oil, for frying
ranch dressing, for serving
Preparation
1.Line an 8x8-inch (20 x 20-cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken, hot sauce, cheeses, and ranch dressing mix with a fork until smooth and evenly mixed. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and smooth it with a spatula so that it’s spread evenly in the dish. Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour.
3.Working quickly, remove the solid mixture from the sheet and cut into 4x1-inch (10x3-cm) rectangles. (There should be 16 total.)
4.Bread each stick by coating in flour, then dredging in egg, and then dipping in bread crumbs. Dip once more in the egg, then once more in the bread crumbs, and transfer to a baking dish.
5.Heat the oil in a large pot until it reaches 375˚F (190˚C).
6.Carefully lower 3 or 4 of the coated sticks into the oil and fry for about 30 seconds, until golden brown. Continue this until all of the sticks are fried.
7.Serve warm with ranch.
8.Enjoy!

The easiest and the fastest way to make Mochi Donuts is to use "Hot Cake Mix"! You can never fail to make it. I tried to make it with regular flour then my daughter said it tastes like a bread 😅 Not bad but true.

How to Make Mochi Donuts (Pon De Ring Recipe)

Ingredients:
3/4cup(100g) Hot Cake Mix

3/4cup(100g) Shiratamako (lumpy glutinous rice flour)
200g (7oz.) silken Tofu (soft Tofu)
Sugar Glaze
* 5 tbsp. powdered sugar
* 1 tbsp. water
Directions:
1. Cut parchment paper into 4 inch (10cm) square pieces.
2. Put Shiratamako and silken Tofu in a bowl and mix well until smooth. Then add hot cake mix and mix well.
3. Divide it into 6 pieces. Then divide each into 8 pieces and make small balls. On the square parchment paper, arrange 8 balls to form a circle.
4. Deep fry in oil at 170C (340F), 3 pieces at a time, for 1.5 minutes on each side until golden. Remove from the oil and drain.
5. Mix the sugar glaze, dip in hot donuts, let cool completely.

Hi, everyone. :) Today we'll show you how to make one of France's most popular dessert: Cherry Clafoutis. It combines fresh cherries in a rich, dense custard. Easy to make and great served in warm.
Clafoutis is a rustic French dessert from Limousin, where is best known for its sweet black cherries. Traditional clafoutis is made with cherries that still keep the pits. Because the pits have some almond flavor, but it’s not easy to eat, so it’s why we use pitted cherries and add almond flour.
Cherry clafoutis is sort of a thin custard-like batter baked in a buttered dish. Of course, other fruits like peaches, plums, blueberries can also work well in this dessert. This recipe is easy to make at home for beginner, hope you guys like it. Enjoy. :)

French Cherry Clafoutis Recipe
☞ Yield: 2 servings, two of 4 inch (10cm) baking mold
✎ Ingredients
☞ For Marinate
cherries 12-14, about 180-200g, washed and pitted
powdered sugar 20g
lemon juice 10ml
☞ For Batter
eggs 2
powdered sugar 45g
almond flour 30g
all-purpose flour 20g
whole milk 50ml
vanilla extract 10g
1 pinch of salt
melted butter 5g
✎ Instructions
1. Add cherries into a bowl, then fill the water. Allow to soak for 5-10 mins.
2. Gently to wash cherries. Remove the stem. Then rinse and dry them with paper towels or tea towel.
3. Place a cherry in the cherry pitter, the top face up. Squeeze your hand and the pitting hammer will come down on the top of the cherry, pushing the pit out of the bottom of the cherry.
4. Marinate the pitted cherries with the powdered sugar and the lemon juice for 30 mins
5. In a large bowl, add eggs and salt. Then sift powdered sugar, almond flour and flour. Whisk together until combined.
6. Pour milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Whisk until totally smooth.
7. Meanwhile, grease the baking mold with the softened butter, then sprinkle over the sugar.
8. Place marinated cherries around the base of the mold, then pour batter over the cherries.
9. Preheat the oven to 180°C, and bake for 35~40 minutes or until lightly browned.
10. Remove from oven to cool. The clafoutis will have puffed up quite a bit and will deflate while cooling.
11. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
