第一次做香蕉麵包,本來打算要拍vlog,到一半的時候手忙腳亂沒人幫我拍所以很多part漏掉了剩下最後都是試吃的。Anyway,還是像把這個未完整的vlog跟大家分享一下 🥺 接下来每天的早餐就是“它”了 🥰
Skinny Banana Bread recipe!
Instructions.
1 Preheat the oven and butter a 4x8-inch bread pan.
2 In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the olive oil into the mashed bananas.
3 Mix in 230g unbleached flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, cinnamon powder.
4 Bake 30 minutes for 180°C until the bread turns crispy golden brown.
5 Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely before serving. Slice and serve. 🥳🍌🍌🍌
Ingredient used.
4 Ripe bananas, 230g unbleached flour, 1 tbs vanilla extract, 1 tbs cinnamon powder, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs baking powder, 1/2 tbs baking soda, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tbs molasses sugar/coconut sugar.

不知不覺到第七天了,期間很多人詢問我怎麼操作外,還蠻多人問我難道妳都不會想破戒嗎😆😆欸,話說我摩羯座的個性就是一不做二不休啊!只有0跟100的世界😂
下週一晚上來直播跟大家聊聊執行一半的心得😘
來分享一個超級簡單的餐包食譜😆本來凱莉是很懶得做麵包蛋糕這種料理(大家看粉絲頁就知道,我很少這種食譜)但是為了用不同方式攝取纖維增加用餐的樂趣(不然一直咬蔬菜有點無趣)秉持簡單為原則,一樣快速好上手喔
🥐低碳生酮小餐包材料🥐
👉乾料:
杏仁粉 1 1/2杯
椰子粉 1/4杯
洋車前子粉 1/4杯又3匙(table spoon)
鹽巴 1/2茶匙
泡打粉 2茶匙
👉濕料:
蘋果醋2茶匙
橄欖油1匙
熱水(約40度c)1或是1 1/2杯
👩🍳作法:
1.烤箱預熱180度,考盤鋪上烘焙紙
2.乾料先喇喇欸,再把濕料放進去,再揉成麵團
3.太乾嗎?再一點點的加熱水,直到表面比較具黏性又不是爛爛的,可以捏成麵團有一點彈性硬度為止。太濕嗎?那就多一點洋車前子試試,但因為他的屬性是史萊姆,無限膨脹很難抓所以少少的加就好。
4. 放置10分鐘讓洋車前子好好的把水分吸收膨脹完
5. 把麵團分成你要的大小,揉成球狀後放置烤盤上,因為烤完會變大不要放太近喔
6. 放進烤箱前,可以在麵團表面塗上水、撒上芝麻看起來漂亮一點(也可省略)
7. 進烤箱後,放在最下層烤30分鐘,再放置中層烤15分鐘,想表皮焦脆最後五分鐘可以放在最上層,模式轉成上火燒烤模式(看烤箱功能量力而為)
8. 完成後拿出來放涼就完成啦
😘English Version😘
👉Dry ingredient:
Almond flour(or meal) 1 1/2 cup
Coconut flour 1/4 cup
Psyllium husk 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
👉Wet ingredient:
Apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Hot water not boiling boiling, about 37C-40C
👩🍳Direction:
1. Preheat the oven at 180C,remember to put the baking sheet on the baking tray
2. Just mix the dry ingredients well, the pour all the wet ingredients in
3. Use your hand to make it like a big round dough, the water will be absorbed, the surface should be a little bit sticky
4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.The dough should be elastic, soft and easy to divide into 6 small balls. Make it round and without cracks.
5. You can brush water on the top of each bun and sprinkle some sesame seeds to look more tasty
6. First 30 minutes put the baking tray at the bottom of oven, then swap to the top for 10-15 minutes.
7. Viola! Done! Let it cool down

I wanted to make Miso Corn Ramen but corn is not in season anymore.
I chose bean sprouts and green onion as vegetables ingredients but actually you could use any vegetables you like.

本当はずっと前から味噌コーンラーメンの動画を撮りたかったんですけど、気づいたらトウモロコシの季節が過ぎてしまいました。笑

Ingredients:
for the ramen noodles:
200g bread flour
100g water
10g baking soda
tapioca starch(or any kind of starch powder)
for the soup:
800g water
50g miso
2 shiitake mushroom
1 clove garlic
1 tsp broad bean paste
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp salt(I didn't show this in the video but this is the most important ingredient)
200g bean sprouts
50g green onion
some thinly sliced dried chili pepper
Instructions:
1. bring baking soda water to a boil, then mix with bread flour
2. knead well with pasta machine and make it into noodles.
3. put all the ingredients for the soup and simmer gently.
4. boil ramen noodles for 1 minute
5. put everything together in a large bowl

中華麺
強力粉 200g
水 100g
重曹 10g
タピオカ澱粉 適量
スープ
水 800g
味噌 50g
乾燥しいたけ 2つ
にんにく 1つ
豆板醤 小さじ1
ココナッツオイル 大さじ1
甘味料 大さじ1
塩 小さじ1
もやし 200g
ねぎ 50g
糸唐辛子 適量
「作り方」
1、水と重曹を混ぜ、沸騰させます。強力粉を加えます。
2、よく捏ねてからパスタマシンを使い、麺状に切ります。麺は切ったらタピオカ澱粉などを全体にまぶしてくっつかないようにしておきます。
3、スープの材料を全て混ぜ、ゆっくり煮ます。
4、中華麺を1分ほど茹でます。
5、もやしや白髪ねぎ、糸唐辛子など好みの具材を盛り付けて完成です。
