Exactly a month ago, I did a 40 Floors TT (Time Trial), running from 10th Floor to 50th Floor (20 steps per floor, 800 steps in total, 130m Elevation Gained). I clocked a 3:56.4 minutes.

My Personal Record was back in 10th January with a time of 3:48.5 minutes.

I have set myself a goal in which I have to run a time of 3:43.14 minutes in a month time from 22/5/2020. As this 3:43.14 minutes is the current One Mile World Record on the track by the Legend Hicham El Guerrouj 🐏, for us in Towerrunning 40 floors run up is quite equivalent to running a mile on the track.

And today, I clocked a Sub 3:40 Minutes - 3:39.9 minutes for 40 Floors TT!

In Track and Field, they used to have an impossible mission, which is to run a Sub 4 min Mile. In Towerrunning, we do Sub 4 min 40 Floors!
