Brother and Sister got tagged for this 100 Push up Challenge by our friend Ryan.
This was Day 31 of being stuck at home in Malaysia. So this video was really more for fun and some of the cool things i get to do with my family. It's rare we get to workout together, so this was a treat for me.
Did we accomplish it.. yes with much suffering and then adrenaline got high.
Whoever that feels like doing something sweaty for fun, you can join me and my brother for this 100 push up challenge..
Followed by 50 supermans and 50 squats...
no burpees included haha.
