Sorry that this week workout I have changed it to Sunday 4pm. 如果你们有一些人不知道的话很抱歉,上个星期live我公布了这个星期运动直播暂时换去星期日。
我们会做背部和胸部toning& strengthening。我自己的锻炼,除了腿部臀部锻炼,我最喜欢的是背部。让自己的posture更挺直正确,不驼背,解除腰酸背痛,让背部更有线条。而且背部是core的一部分,非常重要的一部分。
另外我发现好像没有跟大家做过chest workout。很多女生会觉得做胸部运动,胸部会变小,放心,我不会这样害人害己😅。反而我觉得,一些chest workout很好助于提高/结实 胸部。整个upper body看起来会均匀。
请准备weights。如果有resistance band和stability ball/gym ball也请准备。要不然就准备一张椅子。

一條極方便携帶的阻力帶,有著無限嘅訓練可能性!只要調節適合的長度,拉力更可以做到啞鈴負重嘅效果添!今集我教你用阻力帶做一啲上肢嘅動作!
地點:只需要一個身位嘅空間,廁所都得🚾
阻力帶訓練(上肢):(因應個別能力調節長度)
1️⃣ 雙手舉高,打橫張開,直到上背
2️⃣ 雙手舉高,打橫張開,直到胸前
3️⃣ 手肘向上提起
4️⃣ 雙手呈大字形張開伸展
5️⃣ 二頭彎舉(姆指向自己)
6️⃣ 二頭彎舉(掌心向自己)
7️⃣ 加強版二頭彎舉
8️⃣ 划船(收拳動作)
9️⃣ 膊頭成水平後拉
🔟 加強版後拉
1️⃣1️⃣ 單手飛鳥
1️⃣2️⃣ 雙手飛鳥
1️⃣3️⃣ 單手硬舉
1️⃣4️⃣ 單手抓舉
‼️3️⃣至1️⃣4️⃣動作需以雙腳固定阻力帶
以上動作可做8至10次,重覆2至3組。
🥋完成訓練後,可將阻力帶穿在姆指,練習空手道直拳動作👊🏻

Elastic band training (upper limb): (please adjust the length according to individual ability)
1️⃣ Hands up and pull horizontally until the band reach your upper back
2️⃣ Hands up and pull horizontally until the band reach your chest
3️⃣ Raise your elbow upwards
4️⃣ Open and stretch both hands to 45 degree
5️⃣ Biceps Curl with thumb point to yourself
6️⃣ Biceps Curl with both palms facing yourself
7️⃣ Enhanced version of Biceps Curl
8️⃣ Row (retracting fist action)
9️⃣ Pull with shoulders level
🔟 Enhanced version of Pull
1️⃣1️⃣ Single-hand Fly
1️⃣2️⃣ Both hands Fly
1️⃣3️⃣ Single-hand Push Press
1️⃣4️⃣ Single-hand Clean & Press
‼️3️⃣to1️⃣4️⃣ Please use your feet to fix the band.
The above actions can be done 8-10 times, repeating 2-3 sets.
🥋After completing the exercises, you can put the resistance band on the thumb to practice karate straight punches👊🏻

40-Minute Resistance Band Total Body Strength Training
Blast your whole body with this resistance band workout. Resistance band has got to be my favourite piece of fitness equipment as they are super affordable, easy to transport and extremely effective in strengthening the entire body. I travel with my resistance band wherever I go to make sure I get to workout no matter where I am! In this workout, I share with you some of my best and favourite resistance band exercises to target the larger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Plus, this is low impact so it’s suitable for everybody!
Duration: 35 Minutes
Sequence: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
Total Calories: 300 - 350 Cals
Lower Body
1. Resisted Squat
2. Reverse Lunge Single Arm Press
3. Glute Bridge
4. Glute Kickback
Upper Body
1. Narrow to Wide Row
2. Upright Row to Front Raise
3. Wide to Narrow Curl
4. Overhead Tricep Extension
5. Standing Chest Pull
Core
1. Woodchop
2. Reverse Crunches
