在公司是少數？3招不再當職場隱形人

這個月是國際 #婦女節 ，我也常常被在 ##外商工作的 #男生 朋友問到，要怎麼跟海外同事開會的時候意見被聽見。我參加了 #領英 上的 #ChooseToChallenge2021 挑戰，給自己許下承諾幫助弱勢的，幾個小訣竅跟大家分享：

1. #少數團結：跟其他的女生或是少數合作，開會的時候彼此呼應。
2. #把雜事分出去：又被分到雜事？不用急著拒絕，主動做個排班表讓大家輪流！
3. 趁「你不行」聲音小的時候 #即時關掉負面聲音：耳邊出現「你不行」的聲音的時候，一開始通常很小，會越來越大。趁還沒有變大的時候，快點跟小惡魔說「你才不行呢！」

我的租衣平台新創 Taelor 大部分都是女生，所以我也祝了我們團隊的男生 #婦女節快樂 ，因為我想，節日的真諦是提醒大家給 #弱勢更多平等 的 #機會 吧！

Have you ever seen ‘words dance’? I think I’ve just experienced the greatest ‘words dance’ after I spoke to Dato’ @ramliibrahimofficia. Every single sentence is like a beautiful dance move, it was beautifully and professionally choreographed.

It was as if I’ve seen a contemporary dance performance only in words. It was as if I had a dance session with Dato.
