想炆牛腩炆得又鬆化又淋,其實
好簡單,首先中火,炆大約40分鐘
再焗15分鐘,試一試ok未,如果未
得再蚊15分鐘再焗15分鐘,就ok
(遇著頑強老牛,重複以上程序)
美國牛仔骨腩:
材料:
牛仔骨腩600克
蕃茄2個
洋蔥1個
紅蘿蔔1個
紅辣椒2隻
調味料:
茄汁2湯匙
酸辣茄汁2湯匙
冰糖1粒
雞粉1湯匙
烹調:
1. 燒熱1鍋水,將牛仔骨腩煮3分鐘去除血水,洗淨。
2. 牛仔骨腩用白鑊烘乾去除羶味。
3. 加入滾水蓋過肉面1吋。
4. 加入調味:
a. 雞粉1湯匙
b. 酸辣茄汁2湯匙
c. 茄汁2湯匙
5. 將火轉回大火。
6. 放入1粒冰糖
7. 滾起,冚蓋,收細火,炆15分鐘。
8. 蕃茄、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥切小舊及小塊,切碎芫荽。
9. 牛仔骨腩炆了15分鐘後,放入紅蘿蔔。喜歡吃辣就加入辣椒。將汁再滾起,轉中細火,再炆30分鐘。
10. 炆20分鐘後,熄火,焗15分鐘。
11. 打開蓋,看看牛仔骨腩能否用筷子戳穿。再開火,放入蕃茄,再煮10分鐘準備轉上煲仔。
12. 燒熱煲仔,放洋蔥墊底,轉最慢火,慢慢加熱。
13. 將煮好的牛仔骨腩倒入煲仔。
14. 轉大火,燒熱煲仔,完成程序。
15. 最後,放芫荽及紅辣椒。

Ingredients:
US beef short ribs 600g
Tomatoes 2 Nos.
Onion 1 No.
Carrot 1 No.
Red chili 2 Nos.
Coriander 1 No.
Seasoning:
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Sweet and spicy 2 tbsp
ketchup
Rock sugar 1 cube
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Steps:
1. Boil up a pot of hot water, put the beef short into the water boiling 3 minutes, rinse, hang dry.
2. Put beef short ribs into a plain wok at medium flame to release the unpleasant smell.
3. Add hot water to the beef ribs about 1 inch deep.
4. Put seasonings:
a. chicken 1 tbsp
powder
b. Sour and 2 tbsp
spicy ketchup
c. Tomato 2 tbsp
ketchup
5. Turn up to high flame.
6. Put 1 No. of rock sugar.
7. BoiI up the sauce,
keep the lid shut, turn down to low flame, stew for 15 minutes.
8. Dice tomatoes, carrot, onion, into small cubes. Shred the coriander.
9. After beef short ribs have been stewed for 15 minutes, according to personal taste, add chili. Boil up the sauce, turn to medium low flame, stew 30 minutes more.
10. Stewing the beef short ribs for 20 minutes, turn off the fire and keep the lid shut for 15 minutes.
11. Lift up the lid, check the beef short ribs are soft enough or not. If OK, put tomatoes, then cook 10 minutes more and get everything ready to put into the pot.
12. Heat up the pot , put onion first, turn to low flame to heat up slowly.
13. Put the cooked beef short ribs into the pot.
14. Turn to high flame, cook everything well.
15. Put coriander and chili on top, serve.

1. 4 white onion

3. 10 tomatoes
4. 1 can puree
5. 2 table spoon tomato sauce
6. Bunch of parsley
7. 1 table spoon mix herbs
8. 1 table spoon fennel seeds
9. 1 and half table spoon salt
10. 1 table spoon sugar
11. 1 cup of Chicken or beef broth
12. Beef ball, prawns, mushrooms, slices of hot dog. (up to youlah you want to put daging gajah or squirrel oso can. Eh hot dog NOT DOG meat uh!!!)
How to cook.

🍴วิธีทำ🍳
1.นำน้ำมะนาว น้ำตาลปี๊บละลายเข้าด้วยกัน
ใส่เครื่องปรุงน้ำยำทั้งหมดเข้าด้วยกัน เตรียมไว้
2.ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน นำเนื้อสันลงย่างพอสะดุ้งไฟ

辣椒仔2隻
處理:
1. 生牛筋,放入高速煲,加入1升半水,用“再加熱”功能。如果用明火炆,就用鑊汆水3分鐘。
2. 白蘿蔔,去皮,切細舊。
3. 牛筋,已用高速煲汆水15分鐘,倒去水分, 清水逐件沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 高速煲,洗乾淨後,放牛筋落煲。
5. 加入:
a. 果皮
b. 辣椒仔2隻
c. 蒜蓉半湯匙
d. 豆瓣醬半湯匙
e. 柱侯醬1湯匙
f. 蠔油1湯匙
g. 生抽1湯匙
h. 老抽半湯匙
i. 冰糖100克
加入水100毫升攪勻。
烹調:
1. 第一轉,用“豆/蹄筋”功能,炆40分鐘,連續煮2次。如果用明火炆,加入水2升,大火煮滾後,轉中慢火,炆45分鐘,熄火,焗30分鐘,再炆45分鐘完成。
2. 加入蘿蔔,撈勻。如果用明火,蘿蔔要用中慢火炆15分鐘,熄火。
3. 第2轉,再用“豆/蹄筋”功能,炆40分鐘。
4. 高壓煲已煮好,要先放氣,才可以打開煲蓋。
5. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Beef tendon 2.5 lb
White radish 2 catty
Dried orange peel 2 slices
Chili 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Beef tendon, put into pressure cooker, add water 1.5L, use "reheat" function. Or if it is cooked by fire, use a wok to soak the beef at high flame for 3 minutes.
2. White radish, get it peeled and dice in small cubes.

5. Add:
a. Dried orange peel

e. Chu hou paste 1 tbsp
f. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
g. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
h. Dark soya sauce 0.5 tbsp
i. Rock sugar 100g
Mix well with water 100ml.
Steps:
1. First round, use "bean/tendon" function, braise for 40 minutes, cook for 2 times consecutively. Or if it is braised by fire, add water 2L, boil up at high flame, turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Braise for 45 minutes. Turn off fire. Leave it for 30 minutes. Braise for 45 minutes again at medium~low flame after boils up. Complete.
2. Put white radish. Mix well. If it is cooked by fire, cook with the beef for 15 minutes at medium~low flame, turn off fire.
3. Second round, use "bean/tendon" function, braise for 40 minutes.
4. It has been cooked well by pressure cooker. Release the air first, then open the cooker.
5. Complete. Serve.

4 sb serbuk kari daging
2 biji telur
Garam
Gula
Kulit popia
Cara memasak
1. Tumiskan bawang holland dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan kentang dan masak untuk seketika.
3. Masukkan pula daging cincang dan masak seketika.
4. Kemudian, masukkan serbuk kari, gaulkan sekejap.
5. Tuangkan air secukupnya dan gaulkan semuanya sehingga sebati.
6. Masak inti murtabak sehingga kentang menjadi lembut dan inti kering sedikit.
7. Perasakan dengan sedikit gula dan garam.
8. Kacaukan telur dan campurkan inti murtabak ke dalamnya, gaulkan sebati.
9. Sediakan kulit popia, letakkan sedikit inti murtabak dan lipatkannya.
10. Gorengkan murtabak di atas pan sehingga kulit popia bertukar keperangan.
11. Murtabak mini berinti daging siap untuk dihidangkan.

調味料:

處理:
1. 牛扒連包裝袋,用清水解凍。
2. 洗淨血水,擎乾水,用廚紙索乾。
3. 切走牛扒邊筋部。
4. 牛扒切粒。
5. 牛扒調味:
a. 生粉1湯匙
b. 鮑魚汁1湯匙
c. 黑椒碎1湯匙
攪勻,醃15分鐘。
烹調:
1. 放1湯匙油落鑊。
2. 開大火將鑊燒熱。
3. 放牛肉粒落鑊。
4. 煎1分鐘,反轉煎另一面。
5. 加入1茶匙黑椒醬及1茶匙糖。
6. 熄火,快炒幾下。
7. 上碟,放芫荽粒及辣椒粒,完成。

Ingredients:
Brazilian sirloin 3 pcs

Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
Abalone sauce 1 tbsp
Dried black pepper 1 tbsp
Pepper sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Defrost beef steak in package bag with tap water.
2. Rinse thoroughly, hang dry. Dry with kitchen towel.
3. Remove tendon at edge of beef steak.
4. Dice the beef steak.
5. Season the beef:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Abalone sauce 1 tbsp
c. Dried black 1 tbsp
pepper
Mix well. Season for 1 5 minutes.
Steps:
1. Put 1 tbsp oil into wok.
2. Heat up oil at high flame.
3. Put beef into wok.
4. Already fry for 1 minute, flip over the beef.
5. Add 1 tsp pepper sauce and 1 tsp sugar.
6. Turn off flame.
7. Put on plate. Put coriander cubes and chili cubes on top. Serve.
