How can women entrepreneurs balance business and family at home?
As an entrepreneur and a mother, working from home during the pandemic, have you encountered:

The Women Entrepreneurship Program invites mentors and a mentee of Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, including

Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (#AWE) was initiated by the U.S. Department State and jointly implemented by the American Institute in Taiwan and the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
The program has recruited 133 female entrepreneurs, who will receive mentoring from 11 successful female entrepreneurs, attend events, and complete online courses. We hope that more women will become entrepreneurs in the future❤️
不少人對張慧敏「Son姐」也不陌生，作為獵頭公司創辦人兼CEO，她縱橫職場多年，見盡職場光怪陸離之事，是一位女強人。想不到原來Son姐除了出得廳堂，還入得廚房，廚藝極之了得！作為一個媽媽，Son姐施展渾身解數，務求令兩個仔女都食得開心。我們當然抓緊機會，請Son姐煮幾味，過幾招給各位觀眾。
材料：（6-8人份量）
雞 1隻
急凍鴨舌 2磅
紹興酒 2杯（喜歡淡一點可以一份酒一份水）
越南60度魚露1/3杯
薑 適量
八角、杞子、當歸（可因應個人喜好加多減少）
做法：
1.雞洗淨蒸熟可放入冰箱或用冰水浸凍
2.鴨舌融雪之後先用粗鹽省淨，再浸清水直至血水洗清。
3.煲滾水加入薑片紹興酒，煮鴨舌5至10分鐘，視乎喜歡鴨舌爽脆或軟熟一點。4.夠鐘取出洗淨浸冰水
5.另外用煲滾3碗水加入薑片杞子八角當歸煮只剩下一碗水，攤涼備用。
6.混合酒、水、魚露及香料水，可以先試味，根據個人口味調校醉汁。
7.雞可以開邊或者斬開4大塊，撈起鴨舌，分別放入儲存盒或密封袋，加入醉汁，放入雪櫃4至6小時或者隔日食。
Ingredients:
Whole chicken 1 pcs
Frozen duck tongues 2 lbs
Shaoxing wine 2 Cups (if prefer a lighter flavor, can use 1 cup Shaoxing wine, 1
cup water)
Vietnamese 60° fish sauce 1/3 Cups
Ginger Some
Star anise Some (according to personal preference)
Goji berries Some (according to personal preference)
Dong quai or female ginseng Some (according to personal preference)
Steps:
1. Clean the chicken, steam until cooked, and put into fridge or in ice bath to cool.
2. Defrost the duck tongues, use coarse salt to rub and clean, then soak in water until blood
is removed.
3. Boil a pot of water with ginger and Shaoxing wine, boil duck tongues for 5 to 10 minutes,
depending on the tenderness you like.
4. Remove duck tongues and soak in ice bath.
5. In another pot, boil 3 bowls of water with ginger, star anise, goji berries, and dong
quai/female ginseng. Boil until only 1 bowl of water remaining, remove from heat, set
aside to cool.
6. Combine Shaoxing wine, water, fish sauce, and spiced water from step 5 for the sauce.
Adjust the taste according to personal preference.
7. Cut chicken in half or into 4 pieces and drain the duck tongues. Put the chicken and duck
tongues into storage containers separately. Add prepared sauce to containers, marinate in
the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight before served.

I used to work in finance in Hong Kong but was just tired of the corporate world and now I’m having the time of my life in the wedding industry.
But don’t get me wrong, running your own business is extremely hard and although we’ve achieved a lot in a short period of time, we’ve also hit some pretty low low’s.
As my fellow entrepreneurs know, starting your own business is really exciting, and although you do get to celebrate a lot of successes, most of it is basically putting out a lot of fires. So I’m here to share with you my journey as an entrepreneur and hopefully share some business advice and lessons we’ve learned throughout this incredible adventure. Last year, I also got engaged so I’d like to share with you my wedding planning journey as well as some tips and tricks I picked up along the way - both from work and from being a bride!
