尋晚七點幾做治療，隱約聽到醫師話四頭肌咩傷了，頓時嚇了嚇，難道隔離的 21日練傷咗？🙄 慢跑也勞損⋯ 咁的確由出關至今一星期，酸痛一直陰魂不散。經過一輪痛到想作毆嘅按壓，感覺肌肉及筋膜要爆炸粉碎了，心諗第二朝重練唔練到呢？
Anyway, 前晚睡不好，昨晚能睡早，今朝一大清早就剷起身，試試走幾步，又好似有鬆弛👍🏻 只係每次一起步發力跑，頭十米廿米四頭肌就會痛一陣，最後完成九成課表就不勉強了，否則變重傷🤭
