食中東菜一定要試下 #鷹嘴豆泥（#Hommos）。我揀咗配雞，雞肉好滑好多汁，加入洋蔥、薑、黑椒一齊炒香，好食。鷹嘴豆泥亦好綿滑，吸收醬汁嘅精華好惹味。
🔸Zaaluk ($70)
從來未試過 #Zaaluk，店員話佢地要先將茄子蒸熟，拌入蒜蓉、檸檬汁、香菜再壓爛整成蓉，食嘅時候再厚厚咁塗抹喺pita bread上面。茄子蓉味道清新，同質感軟熟嘅Pita bread味道好夾🍆🍆🍆
🔷Chicken Tagine($175)
#Tagine 應該係摩洛哥菜最傳統嘅菜式吧！呢間嘅Chicken Tagine都幾好，雞肉炆到軟腍鬆化而又毫不鞋口，個汁嘅香料味唔係太重，反而有少少檸檬清香🍋，唔會油膩。湯汁比較多，送飯一流呀！
🔸Lamb Stew（$160）
羊肉一樣炆到好腍，食唔到羊肉羶味，平時唔食羊嘅人都可以試下。紅酒汁比較濃味，配 #小米飯 #Couscous 就最啱🍷
