【台灣人民是次等公民嗎？】
全世界有160多個國家禁用萊克多巴胺，含瘦肉精的美豬，只能賣給27個國家，現在多了一個台灣。
蘇貞昌說，「美豬僅有22％使用萊克多巴胺」，那不也表示美國有很多人是沒在吃瘦肉精豬，但這些美國人沒吃的，蔡英文卻同意賣給台灣人民吃。而且連萊劑殘留量最高、美國人不吃的內臟，台灣人都要埋單吞下去。
中國大陸禁用萊客多巴胺，美國肉品公司JBS去年宣布，他們不再向養殖農民收購使用萊劑的豬隻。今年二月，肉品商Tyson也全面禁用萊劑。美國食品加工大廠荷美爾食品公司（Hormel Foods）今年2月也宣布，禁止其豬肉供應商使用萊劑。
美國因應中國大陸市場需求，調整出口商品，把沒有瘦肉精的豬肉送往中國，但台灣就得消受用藥的肉品。現今台美關係不是「史上最好」嗎？為什麼台灣的待遇還不如跟美國鬧翻天的中國大陸？
美國人不吃的、中國大陸禁用的，在「臺美關係真進展」之下，全賣給台灣。在蔡英文眼裡，台灣人民是次等公民嗎？蔡政府除了幫著美國欺負自己人之外，到底為台灣贏得了甚麼？
中國大陸守得住瘦肉精禁令，我們守不住！

SPAM Teriyaki goes perfect with white rice. SPAM Teriyaki flavor makes vegetables tasty. I used Shimeji mushrooms but try with the vegetables you like 😋👍
I am not that fan of eating luncheon meat however, sometimes I have one can in my kitchen pantry till almost it expires. haha

SPAM Teriyaki Rice Bowl (Addictive Luncheon Meat Recipe)
Difficulty: VERY Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 (340g/12oz) canned SPAM
200g (7oz) Shimeji mushrooms
Teriyaki Sauce
* 2tbsp. Sake
* 2tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* 2tbsp. sugar
* 2tbsp. soy sauce
cooking oil

lettuce leaves if you like
4 bowls of cooked rice
Directions:
1. Dice SPAM meat. Remove the stem of Shimeji mushrooms then break into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, cook diced SPAM until nicely browned.
3. Add Shimeji and cook until coated with oil. Season with Teriyaki sauce, then cook until tender.
4. Serve rice in a bowl, place lettuce leaves, put Teriyaki SPAM, and garnish with boiled eggs.

SPAM (shoulder of pork and ham) is a canned precooked meat product made by the Hormel Foods Corporation. I'm sorry if you thought this is a SPAM e-mail or message...
Tsukune are Japanese meatballs. We use minced chicken, pork, or fish to make Tsukune and it can be fried or grilled. Cooked with salty sweet sauce and yolk for dipping is a popular Izakaya style. I arranged it with SPAM and a hint of ginger!
It's a perfect recipe for bento since it goes great with white rice. At the same time, it's a tasty appetizer for your sake!

SPAM Pork Tsukune
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
150g (5.2oz.) SPAM
50g (1.7oz.) mixed vegetables
A
* 300g (10.5oz.) ground pork
* 1 clove of grated garlic
* 1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 1 egg white
* 1 tsp. starch
* salt and cracked black pepper
B
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. mirin (sweet sake)
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 fresh beaten egg yolk (if preferred)
chopped scallions
Directions:
1. Dice SPAM into small pieces.
2. Mix (A) in a bowl by hand until the mixture comes together and sticky. Add mixed vegetables and diced SPAM, and mix well. Roll the mixture into 12 small oval balls.
3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, place (2.), cook until the surface is lightly golden, add (B), and simmer until the sauce thickens and almost dry.
4. Sprinkle chopped scallions and serve with fresh egg yolk sauce (if preferred).
