疫情後總算有個大型專業酒展上線了😭
7/24 - 27 Wine and Gourmet Taipei 世貿一館,短短一個下午就遇到好幾個熟面孔酒鬼出籠。
早早報名陳千浩大師的「 蘇格蘭威士忌裡的台灣風土滋味 」講座。現場品嚐:#馬德拉酒、#台灣埔桃酒( 紅埔桃與白埔桃7:3勾兌 - 現場講座特仕版 )、#格蘭菲迪25年波本原桶、#格蘭菲迪紅埔桃酒桶威士忌( 一瓶$38,000 )
十多年前上了幾次陳千浩的課,誇張且充滿熱情的肢體動作還是一樣,唯一變得就是越來越帥了😌( 迷妹模式啟動 )講座上特別提到台灣的釀酒廠必須建在 #工業區 的誇張規定:釀酒最重要的就是水,蘇格蘭威士忌都以蓋在高山水源區為傲。就算是啤酒,位在五股的酉鬼啤酒也是必須先調整硬水水質。
這樣講起來,在市區釀酒販售也是遊走法律邊緣。歷史告訴我們,政府規定越多,反而稅收與管理更不容易,不如開放市場讓市場自由競爭,資本主義自然會舉起右手抗衡。

這次大會還很貼心,預先找了數十位侍酒師與專業人士盲測品飲會場所有酒款,將價格1000元以下、1000元~2000元、2000元~3000元的白酒、紅酒、其他酒類排名( 清單我貼在留言處 )
為了怕逛到最後味蕾昏迷,一進會場我就先找千元白酒最高分的第一名 91.75分 Nederburg Winematers Special Late Harvest #尼德堡釀酒師特選遲摘白酒 與第二名91.6分的 Segno ciro bianco #義大利奇羅白酒,層次味道真是嚇死人的高級,前者450元,後者580元,賺到了啊啊啊😎

會場除了大量葡萄酒外( 現場可以免費租葡萄酒杯,押金兩百 ),還有好幾攤日本酒跟精釀啤酒,小後苑跟Brandon也有來,牛排、生蠔、拾穗麵包、滿甲結束後出來開的 @MY手做歐式熟肉。
然後差點買了 @WOO 的超美純錫對杯( 如果我再喝醉一點百分百買下去 )。做工細膩,並以錫產生的負離子軟化酒質、強化香氣。整個攤位根本京都職人風,原來台灣傳統錫工藝曾在1870年代興盛,目前僅剩鹿港兩位打錫國寶級大師。各種醒酒器皿,全是手感極佳的錫與玻璃的結合。

I had an enjoyable trip last year Margaret River, where some of my most favourite wines are produced.
I am excited to announce that I’ve been picked - together with three other content creators - to visit Margaret River during wine harvest season in late March!
We will attend the Emergence Creative Festival and will capture the wine-making process. We’ll get to enjoy what this famous wine region has to offer.
