Im giving a Bosu ball leg work to our national HERO DDWLCW. Bosu ball is a great addition to any home gym for your muscle.
Not only is it a balance tool for your workout, helping users coordinate muscles and nerves for unstable conditions that you experience in everyday life, but it also assists it a number of other types of training, such as stretching, rehabilitation, and strength training.
By incorporating a bosu ball while lifting free weights, such as dumbbells and barbells, you force your muscles to stabilize and guide the weights thorough the full motion, making your usual exercise routine more challenging. It can also add an extra challenge and intensity to other common exercises, such as pushups, lunges, and squats.

Honestly, I don’t know what’s the BEST.
I know your program should involve all of the basics.
Here Are Top 10 Exercises For Building Muscles:
• Back Squat - high bar back squat, low bar back squat, front squat, box squat, safety bar squat
• Deadlift - conventional, sumo, deficit, snatch grip
• Pull-ups - chin-ups with the supinated grip, neutral grip, pronated grip, gymnastic rings chin-ups
• RDL - clean grip and snatch grip RDL, standing good morning, seated good morning
• Overhead Press - barbell and DB, Arnold press, smith machine press
• Bench Press - barbell and DB press, flat, inclined bench and declined press
Bonus tips:
If you cannot feel your chest when you're doing bench press, please start from cable chest flye.
• Lat Pull Down - any kind of grip, also including seated row
• Split Squat - also including lunges, Bulgarian squat
• Inclined Leg Press - also including hack squat
• Dips - parallel bar dips and gymnastic rings dips
Your job is to master the basic skills but not finding fancy exercises and fad programs.

Finally getting to introduce you guys to my darling mother and sourdough queen, to the vlog. The day was pretty straight forward as per usual. Still staying at home as much as possible.
Then decided to meet up with a couple of friends, which turned out to be a few more people than expected. But all fun nevertheless. Some of us will be locked down at home without being able to leave, so we met for morale support.
The Full body Workout of the Day included:
1. Lunge to Knee Drives
2. Bicycle Crunches
3. Hip Rockers
4. Squat Jacks
5. Ankle Reaches
6. Russian Crunches
7. Leg Lift Toe Taps
8. Superman Extensions
9. Skiers
10. Donkey Kicks
All the workouts are without equipment so that anyone can do them from home. They are designed to be full body so that we workout a wide range of different muscles for 1 hour on the mat.
5 sets. 10 moves. 20 reps of each move!
1000 REPS all together per workout.

Follow this 3 person circuit to hit every muscles group in your body! It’s not easy! 3 stations. Do each movement as long as the person on station 1 is doing... all you need to 2 dumbbells
Station 1:
20 squats
20 separate leg lunges
20 mountain climbers
20 side mountain climbers
20 Russian twists
Station 2:
Push up and row with dumbbell
(If no dumbbell just do push ups)
Station 3:
Bicep curl and shoulder press compound
