Things are getting hotter @ramennagisingapore with the launch of its new special chilli oil (pic2), a concoction of Nagi Spice flown in from Japan that is meant to spice up the ramen 🍜 experience.
Contrary to its fiery looks, it’s pretty mild and won’t burn your tongue even if you have it with the Red Butao King Ramen (the spicy version of its signature Tonkotsu). 🔥🔥 That said, the Red Butao King resonated assertively on the palates with the robust meat sauce— much like what a comfort bowl of 炸醬麵 would do— that we think the chilli oil would better off be paired with the gyozas 🥟 .
