這麼快就一年啦？！ 今年的《米其林港澳指南》晚宴我又吃掉32顆米其林星星！BURP！
當晚菜單是由世界各地的頂尖主廚親自設計，包括 世紀名廚Alain Ducasse、譽瓏軒的譚國鋒、唐閣的鄺偉強、Oriole的Noah Sandoval ，天空龍吟的關秀道、The Tasting Room的Fabrice Vulin、及 人見人愛的Chok神謝霆鋒!!!!!!
我想說謝霆鋒製作的泡芙外脆，裏面的奶油注了滿滿空氣，甜而不膩 ，咬下去會有淡淡的玫瑰芳香，吃完會很想繼續吃第二顆！（說實話比去年的頭盤好吃多了）
