七夕情人節剛過，
不知道大家還好嗎?

人是需要群體生活的，
而在生命經驗中我們就是不斷的與人建立關係，

在心理學的偏誤理論中，
這是情感衰退偏誤Fading Affect Bias
若將記憶的感受，
分為負向有關與正向有關，
研究發現人們會傾向於更記住正向情緒感受有關的記憶，
而比較容易忘記與消退負向情緒感受有關的記憶。

這是自我調節的一種方式，
好讓我們更正向與積極的面對未來，
減低適應不良的機會。

但TT知道，
不是每段關係都能讓你保有美好回憶與感覺，
而偏誤本身也是一體兩面，
讓你保留大部分的正向感受，樂觀生活的同時，
負向情感的衰退，可能讓我們難以記取教訓，而停留於過去。

任何回憶與經驗，
都涵蓋了許多不同的情緒與感受，
只要我們在當下盡情體驗，
失去後從中獲得養分，
任何的關係與回憶，都是值得的。
