Day 5: And I’m currently working on.. Handstand! (Well I’m on a 6-weeks break for my wrists)
Handstand doesn’t only involve strength in the arms but also the core, the flexibility of the shoulders, awareness of the body and so on. A forever journey 🙏🏼

Day 4: Least favourite… 🤭
Navasana or any kind of core work! I know it’s good for me, I know I should do more of it. Yet it is still my least favourite to practice it. Oh well, let’s get some core work done 🔥

- Hip raises with 1 leg up

?Bicycle crunches x 10 reps each leg

- Hold for 5 counts on the last rep
- Option ; keep knees slightly bent for tight hamstrings

在 Navasana 找到良好平衡的關鍵是將注意力集中在骨盆底上。這不僅僅需要一個強壯的核心,同時需要在你的坐骨與尾骨之間分配你的體重,以便在這個體式中感到舒適。
先從彎曲膝蓋開始,去感覺腹部內收,嘗試搖搖船找到核心啟動,在要伸直腿前不妨先從單腿循序漸進......我喜歡瑜珈練習有方法、有順序,但不嚴肅,讓我們一起樂觀面對各式各樣的練習疑惑吧💪
