We are making our favorite hamburger using a beef patty, a thick slice of tomato and lots of lettuce. It's easier to eat if you put this in a hamburger wrapper. Place the skewered hamburger in the wrapper and gently remove the skewer. Now, bite into the burger with all your might!
How to Make Beef Hamburger

(serves 2) Cook Time: 30 minutes
[Patties]
200g Gound Beef (7.1 oz)
1/3 tsp Salt
Pepper
50g Onion, finely chopped (1.8 oz)
3 tbsp Panko
2 tbsp Milk
Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Water, to cook the meat
[Sauce]
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Tonkatsu Sauce, if not available, check out the recipe notes below
1-2 tsp Water
1 tsp Butter
2 Hamburger Buns
Butter
Whole Grain Mustard
2 slices Cheddar Cheese
2 slices Tomato, 1 cm/0.4 inch thick
20g Red Onion, thinly sliced (0.7 oz)
1 Pickle, chopped
2-3 Loose Leaf Lettuce Leaves

For this episode, we destroyed a MASSIVE 6.3KG (14LB) Curry Rice courtesy of Jack’s Kitchen at Old Airport Road Food Centre! Due to renewed Covid-19 restrictions, dining out has become impossible. We scoured the island for the best takeaway options for a mukbang challenge and Jack’s Kitchen was kind enough to supply us with their specialised curry rice offerings.
For this challenge, I ate:
12 portions of rice
5 Pork Cutlets
5 Chicken Cutlets
6 Fried Eggs
A truckload of Javanese-style curry
The curry was thick and luscious, with a strong coconut flavour and spiced closer to a Javanese/Peranakan style curry with just a hint of chilli. The cutlets were both extremely crispy, but the pork cutlets really stood out with their different breading (possibly panko) and seasoning.
This was a challenging mukbang that really helped me stretch my limit after the food poisoning fiasco. Owned by a friendly elderly couple, it would be good to help them out in such trying times for the hawker industry. I strongly recommend the pork cutlet!

調理師免許をお持ちの三瓶さんですが、イタリア語が一切わからない状況で… はたして無事に料理は完成するのでしょうか!?

イタリアンミートボールパスタ
2人分
材料:
牛ひき肉 350g
豚ひき肉 150g
卵 3個
パン粉 1カップ
オリーブオイル 大さじ3
あらごしトマト 1パック
バジルの葉 1束
粉チーズ(あればペコリーノ) 40g
赤ワイン 1/2カップ
にんにく 4片(2片はみじん切りしておく)
砂糖 適量
塩 適量
ペンネ 適量
作り方:
1.牛ひき肉、豚ひき肉、卵、パン粉、粉チーズ、みじん切りにしたにんにくをボウルに入れ、ゴムベラなどで混ぜる。ある程度混ざってきたらしっかりと粘りが出るまで、手で捏ねる。
2.直径2cmくらいのボール状にする。
3.オリーブオイルをひいたフライパンにニンニク2かけを塊のまま入れる。にんにくの香りが出てきたら、ミートボールを入れ、表面に焼き色がつくまで炒める。
4.(3)にあらごしトマトを入れる。塩、砂糖、赤ワインを入れ、30分ほどゆっくり煮詰める。
5.火を止めて、バジルの葉を入れる。
6. ペンネをゆで、(5)のソースをかけたら、完成!

Penne with Italian meatballs
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
350g ground beef
150g ground pork
3 eggs
1 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pack (can) crushed tomatoes
1 bunch basil leaves
40g pecorino (or parmesan)
1/2 cup red wine
4 cloves garlic (2 for minced)
Some sugar
Some salt
Some penne pasta
PREPARATION
1. Mix ground beef, ground pork, eggs, panko, pecorino cheese, and minced garlic in a
bowl with a rubber spatula. When mixed, knead with hands.
2. Shape (1) into balls (about 2cm).
3. Heat olive oil in a pot and cook 2 cloves of garlic. Add meatballs into the pot, cook
until golden.
4. Add crushed tomatoes into the pot (3). Add salt, sugar, and red wine and simmer for
30 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat, put basil leaves.
6. Cook penne pasta according to the packet instructions. Spoon the sauce (5) over
penne pasta.
7. Enjoy!
