當平滑肌接收到訊號,就會整體加快收縮。
✅但大部分淋巴結是沒有平滑肌
(極少部分的器官旁淋巴結上可能有,但那也是觸碰不到的深層)

要不要壓腋下淋巴結 ?? 要不要壓腹股溝(鼠蹊)淋巴結 ??要壓幾下,多大力??
👉其實是不需要直接按壓在淋巴結

👩⚕️常常個案都把腋下和鼠蹊周邊的組織壓到紅腫,這反而是反效果。
因為不但沒有加速循環和加快流動,後續還造成周邊組織發炎,產生更多組織液。
而因為摸不到淋巴結,個案都力道過大想要壓到淋巴結,導致其他腋下或鼠蹊周邊紅腫,這也會影響到治療師治療時的判斷。
淋巴結有沒有腫大,是治療師每次執行治療時都需要去觀察的,若有莫名腫大,我們需要判斷是否有急性感染, 是否身體免疫系統出現問題,若出現問題,我們才能加快轉診或提醒個案注意皮膚傷口或免疫狀況。

✅若是想加速上肢或下肢的淋巴循環~
👉上肢: 可以藉由延展stretch手臂內側皮膚或身體側邊靠近腋下的位置,給予神經訊號在這些鄰近位置來幫忙,但不需要真的壓到淋巴結
👉下肢: 同樣可以延展大腿內側,臀部,下腹部位置的皮膚給予淋巴管道刺激, 而不需要壓鼠蹊部.

Increase lymphatic flow and accelerate lymphatic circulation. In fact, it is to send a signal to the smooth muscles of the collector lymphatic vessel.
When the nerves of the smooth muscle receives the signal, it will accelerate the contraction.
But most lymph nodes have no smooth muscle.

Do they need to press the axillary lymph nodes?? Do they want to press the groin lymph nodes??
How much pressure, how many times?
👉Actually, you don’t need to press directly on the lymph nodes.
If you want to speed up the lymphatic circulation of the upper or lower limbs:
Upper extremity: You can stretch the skin on the inside of the arm or the side of the body near the armpit. (Give nerve signals to the smooth muscles and help in these nearby locations, without actually pressing the lymph nodes directly.)
Lower limbs: It can also stretch the inner thighs, buttocks, and lower abdomen to stimulate the lymphatic vessels.
No need to press the groin lymph nodes directly.

蘆筍減肥抗衰老
蘆筍外形與一般蔬菜與別不同,我們食用其粗壯的莖部,其頭頂看似葉的部份其實是枝。從中醫角度來看,蘆筍性涼,有清熱、利尿、減肥的功效,很適合夏天想減肥的人士食用。蘆筍熱量低、纖維含量多,有助消化及排便,另外也有降血壓的作用,含有豐富維他命E,能預防心臟血管毛病。烹煮蘆筍時間不宜太長,因為能保持爽嫰口感之餘,亦能防止營養流失。
蘆筍 ── 性涼,具清熱氣、利小便、補虛、減肥、抗癌功效。但由於嘌呤含量高,痛風症患者勿食為妥。
蘆筍蒸魚卷
材料:蘆筍10根、魚柳2件、蔥粒少許、鹽少許、胡椒粉少許、米酒少許
調味汁:豉油2湯匙、油1茶匙、糖1.5茶匙
做法:
1. 蘆筍洗淨切去底部,如果比較老身可以刨走外皮;魚柳洗淨切片,加少許鹽、胡椒粉及米酒略醃。
2. 取一片魚片,放上蘆筍並捲起,魚肉開口部份朝下,隔水蒸5-7分鐘。
3. 將調味汁煮滾,淋上魚片上,灑上蔥粒即可。
備註:如蒸魚後魚汁太多可先倒走。

Asparagus can aid fat burn and prevent aging

It also lowers blood pressure, contains high Vitamin E, can prevent heart and blood vessel related diseases. In order to retain asparagus’ taste and texture as well as prevent nutrient loss, we should not overcook it.
Asparagus – cool in nature, can relieve heat, improve diuresis, replenish body deficiencies, burn fat, and has anticancer properties. Nevertheless, patients with gout should avoid consuming asparagus because this vegetable is high in purine.
Steamed fish roll with asparagus
Ingredients: 10 asparagus, 2 pieces of fish fillets, chopped green onion, salt, white pepper, cooking wine
Seasoning sauce: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1.5 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation:
1. Rinse asparagus and cut off the ends, or peel if needed. Rinse the fish fillets, marinate with salt, white pepper and cooking wine.
2. Put asparagus on fish fillet and roll, fold line on bottom, steam for 5-7 minutes.
3. Cook the seasoning sauce until boiling, pour on the fish rolls and serve with chopped green onion.
Remarks: you may choose to pour out the excess juice after the fish rolls are steamed.
