弟弟最近需要寫CV求職信
申請學校和找暑期工作
所以我寫了一份非常實用的大補帖以及需要注意的6⃣️大事項送給他
最近的私訊中也有收到很多關於求職的來信
所以就想在這裡跟一直很支持我的大家分享🤎
首先寫履歷前要站在👩⚖️面試官的角度想事情
不要妄想他會從頭到尾完整的看完你的履歷
面試官每次可能要看幾百封一起
所以一封很可能不超過十幾秒
1⃣️你要問自己的問題是:該如何在這十幾秒內讓他記住我,並且在最後選擇我。
-千萬不要以為別人寫什麼你就一定要寫什麼
醫學系家人生病,心輔系家人朋友抑鬱症
這樣寫絕對不會讓你脫穎而出。
-如果你是剛畢業面試比較🤍低階的工作請強調你學得很快,不需要太多培訓,可以很快上手。
面試🖤高階的工作要強調你有此方面的工作經驗,match品牌文化。
-可以用不同的字體把最重要的寫出來
2⃣️準備自己的優點和缺點,雖然這個問題有點cliché但還是要準備
-優點的部分
不要說我覺得 而是以第三方的角度來闡述(不包括爸媽家人)
例如:
我之前的合作夥伴每位都說很準時
我之前的主管覺得我的優點是不輕言放棄
-缺點
不要只講缺點就結束要講了缺點後說自己如何克服的
要自信真誠不要吹噓
無論是主管還是HR都會是閱人無數的
所以你是不是在過度吹噓其實幾句話都能聽得出來
3⃣️照片:
雖然要看產業但我覺得:
1.不要用畢業照看起來沒經驗
2.不要出遊照/合影。。。
3.請正式但不無聊
4⃣️服飾:
在法國都需要穿得非常正式 在台灣我遇過穿碎花洋裝來面試
(有空再來拍面試穿搭好了)
雖然要看產業但我覺得還是稍微正式一點比較好
5⃣️另外一定會有一個問題是你為什麼要離開前公司?
這時候一定不要大說前公司的壞話
因為聽在老闆的耳朵裡這就是接下來你離職後會罵他的話。
可以朝著職業規劃,發展空間等等方向來回答。
6⃣️最後很多HR或者主管會問:謝謝你今天的時間你還有什麼其他問題嗎?
這個時候千萬不要說沒有然後就離開
而是要以已經得到那個工作的角度來問問題
例如;關於交接的問題(交接之前需要我再準備哪些資料)
之後的聯絡窗口會是哪位
上班的一些細節
(不要問什麼在哪裡打卡下班等等哈哈哈哈)
每一位老闆都需要並且渴望人才
如果你能為他設身處地的著想
有依據有計畫的告訴他:你如何能讓他的公司發展得更好
他就沒有理由拒絕
當然這些面試的技巧都有文化和產業的差異

【寫履歷忌諱太貪心】
最近認識一位很厲害的朋友,昨晚互相交流履歷時,發現有許多都是過去和大家分享的觀念。最近是求職旺季,接下來幾篇一起回顧一下之前的文章吧!
擁有非常多經驗是好事,卻也是壞事。
當我們想將十八般武藝
全部濃縮在一張小小的A4紙上,就是許多然在寫履歷時最常犯的誤區。
其實一份強而有力的履歷,不需要多:過去的經驗2個bullet points就夠;上一份經驗至多才可以寫到3-4點,詳述跟JD(Job Description)相關的內容。
其他你認為同樣很重要的東西,在HR眼裡其實都~不!重!要!
此外當面試的機會越多,你也越能發現HR對於哪些經驗特別感興趣,哪些東西連問都不會問,透過這些經驗多少也能掌握哪些內容乏人問津,倒不如多補些對方想知道的細節。
用一個簡單的廚師想申請保母的例子想告訴大家,公司正在找尋什麼樣的人才履歷上就餵公司想要知道的資訊。
一來不僅能節省 HR 時間,告訴他我就是你正在找的人才!二來也可以讓人覺得你在該領域上累積許多專業知識,提高你談判的籌碼。
