Who loves my workout challenges? Here’s a 5-Minute Plank Challenge to complete!! 😏

TAG 2 friends and challenge them. The goal is to complete all exercises back-to-back without any breaks in between, 1-minute per exercise. Let’s see how strong your core is. 🙌
.
1️⃣ Rocking Plank - make sure to rock forward until your chin passes your palms.
2️⃣ Up-Down Plank - avoid dipping the hips. Flat back and engage the core to drive yourself up and down.
3️⃣ Plank Hip Dip - dip your hips as low as you can, side to side without arching the lower back.
4️⃣ In-Out Plank - add a cardio blaster in the last 20 secs, by doing Plank Jacks!
5️⃣ Spiderman Plank - drive the knee out towards the elbow. The work is on the obliques.

Get Strong! No Weights Strength Training at Home | Joanna Soh
No equipment! Using just your bodyweight we are going to strengthen and tone your lower body, upper body and ab muscles, as well as get your heart rate up. This workout is designed for beginners consisting of fundamental movements to have a strong foundation to build upon. Movements are low impact and a steady pace. If you are not a beginner, you can still do this workout and add volume by using weights or increase the intensity by working at a quicker pace.
Interval: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest.
Circuit: Repeat each circuit twice.
Duration: 30 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 220 - 300 Calories

40-Minute Total Body Strength Training at Home (Low Impact, No Jumping)
This is a total body Traditional Strength Training workout. What does it mean? That means we will focus on building strength in one muscle group at a time. This is a great way to increase muscle mass and tone a specific area of the body.
This is not a fast pace workout nor is it high impact. This workout is low intensity and low impact, that means no jumping. It's suitable for ALL LEVELS, because you can adjust the weights according to your own fitness level. There will be a total of 3 circuits which will be split to lower body, upper body and core.
What you'll need is a pair of medium weight dumbbells (4 - 6kgs each) and a pair of light weight dumbbells (1 - 3kgs each). Let's lift and get strong!
CIRCUIT: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest (Repeat x2)
Workout Duration: 40 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 250 - 320 Calories

3) Booty Leg Sweep
