#lifebeforeyoga~ If you met me before I met yoga, you’d prolly not want to talk to me.. actually I wouldn’t talk to you as I was an extremely introverted person that had a lot of self hate and was always frustrated at everything.
So to me, yoga is magical and is much more than just the physical practice, it’s an internal practice for the mental body. I embarked on this journey 11 years ago, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The thing that made return to the mat is the peace of mind that I’m able to cultivate not only in the studio but also in my daily life as well.
Grateful that I am able to practice and share the practice with all of you :)
