Pairing Penfolds Max's Shiraz Cabernet with @asap.sg Black Pepper Crab. The Shiraz has a medium acidity with smooth lingering tannic finish of blackberry and hint of black pepper that compliments with the gravy as well as the sweetness of the crab. The duo made it such a delightful Sunday dinner that I know the coming week is going to be a good one.
