Made a very simple Cheezy Beef Macaroni because I haven been to the supermarket in awhile now 🤐 Trying to finish up what’s in the fridge so I’m glad he liked it ☺️

RECIPE :
Heat olive oil in pan, add chopped onions & garlic til fragrant. Add minced beef in and fry together. Add @liloikanbilis mushroom powder for more flavor, no salt needed. Add tomato paste (I used 100% pure tomato, or u can choose to chop tomatoes and add in) Add Italian herbs from @masterfoods (I find this the best) and stir well. Secret weapon, add a small amount of ketchup! I find that it adds a nice sweetness to the dish 🙈. Lastly, add vegetables of your choice and macaroni. Mix well, top with generous amount of cheese (you can add Cheddar or Parmesan cheese, here I used Kraft n it works too!) Serve hot or, sprinkle cheese over and bake til cheese melts. ❤️ Enjoy and let me know if you like it ☺️
