Recently, I've started my personal fitness journey after helping my loved ones successfully achieve a healthier body and lifestyle.
It is a myth that skinny people have it easier with fitness but that's not true at all.
Sometimes, I get lost at figuring out the solution to a fitness issue for myself but I'm happy to say that I'm in love with this journey because it enables me to learn more about myself.

But what I really want to say is, to everyone out there who's procrastinating to start your own fitness journey, don't give yourself any more excuses and pick a date to jumpstart your fitness journey. It will all be so much easier once you made a habit out of it!
