Speed climbing use to be my everyday training routine for pass 4month. Start with first time speed record is 46s which is 3 month before Asian Games. Official now my personal record is 11.20s and im looking forward to training more speed climbing expecially rock climbing and paragliding after my knee recovery. Thanks @reclaim always my back... @crux.particle is one of the best chalk i ever use before.

Represented 🇲🇾 for Asian Games 2018 Jakarta, Palembang was the big opportunity ever. Like a dreams come true but in every dreams there has a lots of sacrifices, tears, sweat blood to go through. What ever happened I’ll satisfied with result in 3 month of training, and definitely will improve more to make sure my gaps getting close.
