22 weeks. Believe it or not, this was my first strength training session after having a horrible first trimester all the way til about 4 months.
I started with light weights and modified according to my pregnancy. Not trying to challenge myself to push harder but just wanna work certain muscle groups to have a smooth pregnancy and delivery later. Staying active is the most important thing for me!

Exercise like everything else in life can feel a little weird. I’ve been “fit” my whole life from playing volleyball in high school to actively doing cardio and other fitness regimes, but weight training is still a challenge. I find myself looking at videos multiple times and mirrors around me to make sure my form is working the right muscles. Post Covid: How to Get Back in Shape (4 Weeks Exercise Guide) | Joanna Soh
This video is meant to offer you a guideline on how you can get back into exercising after Covid-19, for those who have had mild to moderate symptoms. While exercise is important for your health and recovery journey, it is also essential to AVOID pushing yourself too far. Doing so could slow down your recovery or cause your symptoms to worsen by increasing the levels of inflammation in the body. So listen to your body, take it slow, and follow these 4 phrases by gradually reintroducing exercise into your routine.
If at all you have any concerns, ALWAYS refer to a health care professional for advice.
I’ve included 4 exercises for each week, a total of 4 weeks. Try to exercise at least 3 - 4 times weekly. All the workouts are home-based with minimal equipment.

In this hiking vlog me and my friend Seb go on an adventure in Portland Island, UK to try and find an abandoned military village named "The Forbidden City".
Portland Island is in itself a bit of a hidden gem within the UK. It is home to awesome coastal hiking trails, medieval castles and tones of abandoned military buildings. While hiking we found lots of hidden gems including; Rufus Castle, Durdle Pier, East Weare Rifle Range and Pulpit Rock, Portland.
I did this hike as part of my training for the Lejog. In June I will be walking the length of the UK for the mental health charity mind.
