- 1/2 cup Voracious Market sweet and savory sauce
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 stalk of green onion - chopped
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Romaine lettuce
- Optional: red chili pepper and fried bean thread noodles
Steps:
1. Combine sauce, chicken stock and honey and mix well
2. Coat chicken with sauce
3. Grill chicken on the BBQ grill
4. Dice chicken and toss with chopped green onion
5. Add chicken to romaine lettuce and top with chili peppers and fried bean thread noodles
