今天阿妮師代班!
和大家分享的食譜是受大家喜愛的「一隻雞 (닭한마리)」
這是一支拍好八百萬年幾乎被我遺忘的影片
剛好最近台灣也變冷了
也是時候讓它登場了 笑
還記得以前第一次吃一隻雞是日本朋友帶我去吃的
原本就愛喝湯吃鍋物的我
一吃成主顧~之後常常三不五時就會去吃一下?
這次做了辣味的一隻雞
沒想到意外的成功
原本不期待的老金也吃得很開心
整鍋也正好都是我愛的食材組合~~
原本家裡附近愛吃的一隻雞店收掉才在傷心懊惱
現在都不用煩惱了~~黑黑黑?

切塊一隻雞 600g
大蔥 1 支
馬鈴薯 2 顆
杏鮑菇 1 朵
高麗菜 適量
*(韭菜) 個人喜好
▻ 湯底材料
大蔥 1 支
洋蔥 1 顆
薑 適量
大蒜 3瓣 (我用蒜泥代替)
胡椒粒 適量
▻ 湯底調味醬料
韓式辣椒粉 五大匙
味醂 四大匙
韓式湯醬油 三大匙
蒜泥 兩大匙
鹽巴 1/2 大匙
胡椒 適量
▻ 沾醬
水 四大匙
味醂 兩大匙
醬油 一大匙
醋 一大匙
砂糖 1/2 大匙
