@chinatownfoodsg abacus seed in 3 variants (yam, purple sweet potato & yellow sweet potato)
Prawns
Carrot
Broccoli
Sliced white mushroom
Garlic
𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆:
Emborg pasta cream
Bega shredded cheese
Mix herbs
#liloikanbilis powder
Butter
Rosemary & thyme
Salt to taste
𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔
1. Boil frozen abacus seed (stir to prevent sticking), carrot & broccoli. Drain & set aside. [Soak abacus seed in ice water to prevent sticking & it's more qiuqiu]
2. Heat up some butter in a wok. Add garlic & sauté till golden brown.
3. Add in prawns & pan-fry them with rosemary & thyme on medium heat until they turn orange in color (~ 3 minutes). Remove from wok & set aside.
4. Use the previous melted butter to cook white mushroom till soft.
5. Then add in Emborg pasta cream, Bega shredded cheese, Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis Powder & mix herbs. Stir well.
6. Add boiled abacus seed into sauce. Mix well.
7. Adjust to taste with salt.
8. Serve warm with veges & prawns.

? Healthy, fried rice (quinoa)
egg
Plant-based meat
Onions
Diced carrots
Broccoli
Light soy sauce
Salt
Quinoa
? Spicy vodka wholemeal fusilli with sous vide chicken breast
1 onion, diced
2-3 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic, peeled
Salt
Pepper
1 can of Tomato paste
Dried Thyme, to taste (optional)
Dried oregano, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1/3 cup Vodka
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta
Parmesan & mozzarella cheese
A knob of butter
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
? Cocoa baked rolled oats
30g rolled oats
7g cocoa powder
1/2 medium banana
2g baking soda
70ml cup milk
A slice of dark chocolate
Bake at 180c for 20 min

Quick Braised Tofu Pot 鸡蛋豆腐锅
Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

320g (11.29 oz) egg tofu (or firm tofu)
1 shallot (chopped)
1 thumb-sized young ginger (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 Chinese dried mushrooms (rehydrated & cut)
2 tablespoons spicy broad bean paste
0.5 tablespoon black bean paste
200g (7.05 oz) minced pork (can use minced chicken)
0.5 tsp sugar
60g (2.12 oz) carrots (sliced)
250ml (8.45 fl oz) water (feel free to add a little more water for slightly more sauce)
100g (3.53 oz) prawns (deshelled & deveined)
60g (2.12 oz) snow peas (can also replaced with broccoli)
Some cornstarch solution
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine - Shaoxing Huatiao wine (optional but recommended)

1) 豉汁排骨飯(排骨+臘腸+花椰菜+香菇)
材料:

排骨 120公克/ pork spare ribs 120g
蒜末 10公克/garlic 10g
辣椒片 3公克/chili pepper 3g
豆豉 5公克/ fermented black bean 5g
B
香菇 2朵/ shiitake mushroom 2pcs
臘腸 1根/ Chinese sausage 1pcs
花椰菜 30公克/ broccoli 30g
C
米 1杯/rice 1cup
水 1杯/water 1cup
調味料:
醬油 2茶匙/soy sauce 2tsp.
糖 1/2茶匙/sugar 1/2tsp.
米酒 1大匙/cooking rice wine
太白粉 1茶匙/ tapioca starch 1tsp.
作法:
1. 材料A和調味料混合拌勻,醃漬一下。
2. 洗淨的米和水放入內鍋中,再放入作法1的排骨、香菇、花椰菜,最後放入對切的臘腸。
3. 將內鍋放入電子鍋中,蓋上蓋子,按下炊飯鍵,煮至時間結束。
4. 將臘腸取出切片;香菇和花椰菜取出;將米飯翻拌均勻。
5. 一起搭配食用即可。
2) 蒸五花肉飯(五花肉+培根+毛豆+玉米筍)
材料:

五花肉 130公克/ pork belly 130g
培根片 2片/bacon 2pcs
毛豆 30公克/ green soy bean 30g
玉米筍 2根/ baby corn 2pcs

米 1杯/rice 1cup
水 1杯/water 1cup
作法:
1. 洗淨的米和水放入內鍋中,再依序放入培根片、五花肉、毛豆、和玉米筍。
2. 將內鍋放入電子鍋中,蓋上蓋子,按下炊飯鍵,煮至時間結束。
3. 將五花肉取出切片;玉米筍取出;再將米飯和培根和毛豆翻拌均勻。
4. 飯菜一起搭配食用即可。
3) 鹹魚雞肉飯(鹹魚+雞肉+鮮菇+瓠瓜)
材料:

雞腿肉 120公克/ chicken thigh 120g
薑末 5公克/ginger 5g
蒜末 5公克/garlic 5g

薄鹽鯖魚 1/2尾/ salted mackerel 1/2pcs
鴻喜菇 30公克/ bunashimeji 30g
瓠瓜 60公克/ bottle gourd 60g
C
米 1杯/rice 1cup
水 1杯/water 1cup
調味料:
辣豆瓣醬 1大匙/ chili bean sauce 1tbsp.
細砂糖 1/2茶匙/sugar 1/2tsp.
米酒 1茶匙/cooking rice wine 1tsp.
太白粉 1茶匙/ tapioca starch 1tsp.
作法:
1. 材料A和調味料混合拌勻,醃漬一下。
