📍 Từ giờ list cafe sang chảnh có thêm một quán mới. “Toạ lạc” ngay gần nhà hát lớn, The Backyard là căn villa trắng nổi bật nằm ngay mặt phố. Không gian trong nhà thì rộng rãi, ngập tràn ánh nắng tự nhiên do trần bằng kính (gần trưa nắng gắt sẽ có bạt che). Thiết kế hiện đại, theo phong cách châu Âu nên sẽ phù hợp với những bạn đang tìm kiếm không gian sang chảnh, bánh bèo. Mình để ý bạn nào qua đây cũng váy trắng công chúa xinh nhắm, gợi ý outfit cho mng chụp ảnh nghen. Đa số khách ở quán đều là các bác trung niên, cafe ăn sáng nên có hơi ồn ào, khi mình đến nhân viên còn hướng dẫn lên khu vực yên tĩnh và cách biết (cộng điểm caring đến khách nè)
☕️ Thời gian mình ghé qua quán mới mở nên menu chưa hoàn thiện, giá nhìn chung là cao nhưng chất lượng không để lại ấn tượng. Mình gọi một trà cam quất quýt (trong list signature) uống giống nước quýt ép bthg nhưng giá là 65k hay 75k ấy =)))

❤️ QUÁN NƯỚNG BÌNH DÂN MỚI TOANH - A BRAND NEW GRILL RESTAURANT IN TOWN 🤩
Tối thứ 7 đang lướt fb thì C thấy quán nướng này quảng cáo CN khai trương, địa chỉ thì ở cái quán The Lob cũ 😶 Menu cũng có vẻ rẻ nên rủ bạn đi thử :>
4 đứa bọn mình gọi mấy loại thịt, má heo Iberico (145k), u gáy (85k), ba chỉ (85k), lòng bò (85k), dồi sụn Chú Bi (75k) vs Bắp bò nhúng ớt (145k). Ngoài ra thì mn muốn nhậu nên có gọi thêm Đậu phụ chiên sốt ớt (35k) Rau, nấm vs các loại đồ ăn kèm là đc cho thêm free thì phải 😚
Thịt ở đây đc ướp rất đậm đà, ko bị nổi ngọt (quá tuyệt vs C haha 🤣). Thịt nhìn hơi mỡ nhưng nướng lên lại rất ngon, vì phần mỡ ý cứu miếng thịt khỏi bị khô ấy. Gói lại vs xà lách, kimchi hay gỏi dưa chuột ăn siêu ngon mà ko hề ngấy 🤤 C cực ưng cái gỏi dưa chuột ăn kèm ý, bàn 4 đứa xin đến phải 6-7 chén mà các bạn pv vẫn nhiệt tình dễ sợ, còn bảo là thấy thích vì mn ăn ngon 😅 Cute dễ sợ, xin đến lần thứ 3 là đã sợ bị ng ta lườm nguýt r ý 🥰 Má heo nướng là món cực phẩm, dù miếng thịt nhìn khá bé so vs 145k :< Nhưng tiền nào của nấy thật, thơm, giòn mà ko dai, siêu mọng nước, ngọt thịt. Đáng thử lắm nha :>
Sốt chấm cũng rất đa dạng, có 3 loại sốt ớt xanh, ớt đỏ vs sa tế ngọt. Đậu phụ đem ra bị nguội ko còn giòn nữa nên ăn ko ấn tượng lắm 🤷 Bò nhúng ớt thì 2 đứa phải về sớm chưa kịp ăn nên chả biết vị ntn 😅

On Saturday, I was scrolling on Facebook when I saw this place's ads 😶 and so funny, the address was from one of the place we used to review before. Curious and the menu was pretty cheap so we decided to call our friends and give it a try 😗
We ordered a few kinds of meat : Iberico porl cheek (145k), pork neck (85k), pork belly (85k), Chu Bi's sausage (75k), beef shank with chilli dip. Beside that, other people wants to drink so we had Fried tofu with spicy sauce as a snack, the veggies and sides were on the house I think 😚
All of the meat were well-marinated, not too sweet (oh yeah! That's my thing!). The meat in general looked pretty fatty, but actually the fat was what kept them from getting dry on the grill :> Roll them with some lettuce, kimchi or pickles, and you won't feel the fattiness in your mouth at all, only heaven 🤤 We super liked that cucumber pickles, we asked for it around 6-7 times 🤦 So embarrassing, but the staffs didn't have any attitude with us at all. On the contrary, they were so happy because we liked the food 🥰 We thought after the 3rd times they started hating us already 😶 Btw, the pork cheek was amazing, tho it was kinda small for 145k price :< But so damn worth it, crunchy but not chewy, juicy and so sweet 😭 it's a must tryyy!
They had 3 kinds of sauces, green chilli, red chilli and sweet satay, really nice. The tofu was nothing special tho, it was cold when arrived to us 🤷 I had to go home early so I didn't know how was the beef shank with chilli dip taste 😅

Xian Wei Restaurant 鲜味海鲜煮炒 is one of the latest spots to get a decent Chu Char meal in the neighborhood of Jelutong, the restaurant can be found at one of the single storey bungalows along Terengganu Road (previously occupied as XOX Mobile). The restaurant is fully air-conditioned and has ample of free parking spaces right outside. Like most Chu Char places, the menu comprises a lot of local delights and the usual Chu Char fare. Reasonable price points but the quality has been quite consistent (from all the dishes we had)... just that the serving time may be a little slow, especially on busy weekends. Tables are a little limited so if you are coming in a big group, it is always wise to call and book in advance.

店鋪正正位於大阪中央漁市場,食材當然新鮮! The store is located right at the Osaka Central Fish Market, and the ingredients are of course really fresh!
首先看看他們的餐牌先啦,壽司4款套餐可以選擇OMAKASE套餐, Let's look at their menu. 1st choose the 4 OMAKASE courses,
每款套餐五件壽司(1,150円), 當中一款時令套餐會按當造食材不時更換種類, There are 5 pieces of sushi (1,150 yen) per set, and 1 of the seasonal sets will be changed according to the time in season.

我order了這款壽司, 有 Anago、Uni、Tai、Toro、Hamachi I ordered this set with Anago, Uni, Tai, Toro n Hamachi。
Anago是鹹水鰻魚, 多用作壽司魚生片用途 Anago is saltwater eel, mostly used for sushi sashimi
只會在日本才有, 至於Unagi就是淡水鰻魚, 一般的鰻魚飯就是用Unagi It ’s only available in Japan. As for Unagi, it ’s freshwater eel usually for making of eel rice.
Unagi 除了在日本之外, 還會來自台灣、中國、韓國和越南 Other than Japan, Unagi will also come from Taiwan, China, South Korea n Vietnam
Uni就是海膽啦, 食用的部分不是指牠的身體, 而是海膽的雌性或雄性的生殖腺 Uni is the sea urchin. The edible part is not their body, but the female or male gonad of the sea urchin.
即是精巢或卵巢, 海膽的種類好多, 但是適宜食用的只有幾種 There are many kinds of sea urchins, but there are only a few suitable for consumption
其中蝦夷馬糞海膽又稱赤海膽, 是最受歡迎。 Among them, the Mesocentrotus franciscanus sea urchin, also known as the red sea urchin, is the most popular.
因為牠擁有鮮豔的金黃色, 細緻的顆粒、黏稠甘甜的口感 Because it has a bright golden yellow color, fine particles with thick and sweet taste

Tai 是鯛魚, 日文和可喜可賀是諧音, 所以日本人在喜慶的時候都好鍾意食這一種魚 Tai is sea bream with celebration in Japanese are homophonic, so Japanese like to eat this fish when they are celebrating
由於牠是海魚, 壽司中亦都是屬於貴價魚,有白肉魚王之美譽 Because it is a marine fish which consider expensive sushi n is known as the King of white fish
魚肉軟嫩, 油脂不多, 鯛壽司的製作技巧是用熱水輕焯連皮的魚肉 The meat is soft and tender, and there is not much fat. The technique of making sea bream sushi is to blanched the fish meat with hot water.
再過冷河使魚皮軟化, 魚皮同魚肉之間的皮下脂肪經過溫水焯過之後 Then let the cold water softens the skin n the subcutaneous fat between the skin and the meat is boiled in warm water
