Had the opportunity to experience the whole process (even during a rainy season), just to get the whole idea of how the coffee is produced. Also some on hand experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life ❤️🥰😍.

One word to describe the whole process: HARD WORK 💪🏼

From planting, growing, harvesting, peeling of skin (to get the beans), fermenting, drying (probably the hardest process coz they rely on weather 😅), cleaning (separating the good from the bad), roasting and grinding.

All these has been done traditionally. My arms tire a bit just thinking about the wooden mortar and pestle used to ground coffee. Good workout. Also roasting it with firewood is not an easy task, smoke gets in my eyes kinda moment. WOW 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 Mad respect to everyone who's involved. It's been a joy to watch and be apart of the recording 📹
