智利其實有好多貴寶，除咗Almaviva, Sena 等，Errazuriz亦係另一個做得非常優雅的葡萄酒莊，更在Berlin Tasting 的盲試酒會中，打底多支一級莊波爾多葡萄酒如Chateau Lafite 、Chateau Latour 及Chateau Margaux 等。試了6款白酒及紅酒，最鍾意佢支Founder's Reserve同Kai, 我覺得前者超級波爾多style, 幼滑而帶橡木、黑布冧、黑胡椒、甘草等味道。後者多d結構，帶多點香草、紫花、泥土氣息。如果買一支波爾多一級莊要幾千元，智利同樣咁優質嘅相對價錢合理好多，咁你會買邊支？
Chile has a lot of great wine gems. Apart from Almaviva, Sena, there is another v elegant winery Errazuriz. It has got great results from the famous Berlin Tasting winning over many 1st growth Bordeaux wines, including Chateau Lafite, Chateau Latour & Chateau Margaux. I tried 6 white & red wines at the wine tasting. I like Founder's Reserve & Kai the most. Founder's Reserve is very Bordeaux style, it's v silky with oak, black plum, black pepper & vanilla notes. Kai has more structure with more herbal, violet, earthy notes. If it costs few thousand dollars to buy a 1st growth wine & a lot more reasonable price to buy a high quality Chile wine, what would you choose to buy?
