Sambungan cerita SAMPAH.

Mungkin ramai di antara kita yang rasa perangai orang kita ni amat sukar untuk di bendung kan? Bagi saya sendiri, saya lebih suka melihat dari sudut yang positif, sebenarnya masih ada harapan untuk masyarakat kita. Jangan biarkan kekecewaan membelenggu persepsi diri kita, kerana menidakkan kebolehan adalah salah satu langkah pramatang. Usaha haruslah kekal berterusan dan jika masih menemui kebuntuan maka ada keperluan untuk mencari tonik baru sebagai evolusi dalam percubaan. Pada pendapat saya ada beberapa tempat yang kita perlu rujuk kembali untuk memperkemaskan balik idealogi kefahaman serta mentaliti orang kita tentang bab ini.

Yang pertamanya adalah di peringkat rumah sendiri. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab ibu bapa bukan sahaja mendidik tetapi juga sentiasa memperingatkan anak-anak tentang perihal ini. Saya sendiri sentiasa menitik beratkan perkara ini kepada anak-anak. Kadang-kadang saya sengaja buat-buat kumpul sampah depan mereka dan juga saya tunjuk saya simpan sampah kecil dalam poket seluar sebelum di buang ke tong sampah berdekatan. Adakalanya tu saya buat macam kuiz, saya tanya kenapa saya buat sedemikian, kita bagi mereka berfikir sikit lah guys, baru senang nak lekat dekat kepala anak-anak. Apapun, didikan dirumah itu adalah amat penting dan kita jangan terlepas pandang. Dan juga, jangan lupa ye, LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

Keduanya di peringkat sekolah. Mungkin tidak perlu ada polisi khas dan sebagainya pun, kalau nak buat macam tu pun mungkin bagus. Macam dekat rumah tadi, kena ada penyampaian maklumat dan peringatan yang berterusan dari warga pendidik. Mungkin boleh juga dirancakkan sekali sekala dengan aktiviti gotong-royong kutip sampah berserta PENGISIAN ILMU. Bukan sekadar arahan tetapi ada penjelasan dan perkongsian ilmu tentang aktiviti tersebut. Sekolah adalah tempat dimana budak-budak ni untuk ‘absorb’ maklumat. Andai kata ada seorang dua yang jenis kepala batu, mereka masih juga akan terkesan apabila melihat kebanyakkan rakan membuat perkara yang betul. Sekolah adalah tempat kedua pembentukan sahsiah diri anak-anak kita, jadi kenapa tak nak gunakan peluang tersebut sebaik mungkin kan?

Ketiga diperingkat kebangsaan yang meliputi media massa dan media cetak, agensi-agensi kerajaan, mereka yang berpengaruh di dunia realiti mahupun alam maya dan sebagainya. Semua perlu bertanggungjawab memainkan peranan bersama. Selalu menyampaikan mesej kesedaran tanpa perlu tunggu menerima arahan mahupun bayaran. Memang lumrah manusia sentiasa lupa dan perlu di ingatkan. Kalau tak kawan-kawan, tak kanlah syarikat-syarikat besar sanggup melabur jutaaan ringgit untuk kempen pemasaran. Semata-mata untuk produk mereka di lihat setiap hari oleh masyarakat sama ada melalui billboard, kaca tv, surat khabar mahupun social media. Konsep sama kita harus ciplak dan sama-sama BERGANDINGAN untuk menyedarkan masyarakat di Malaysia.

Keempat, ermm....keempat ape erk? Hurmm lupa dah. Owhh! Elakkan dari menuding jari dalam isu ni. Salah kau, salah dia, salah mereka. Sampai ke sudah masalah tak kan selesai. Kadang-kadang masalah masyarakat kita macam ni lah, bila ade satu isu, semua orang sibuk duk cari sape yang salah. Lepastu berlarutan dan mulalah merapu sampai ke bab lain. Berbeza dengan apa yang saya belajar, dalam situasi tersebut sepatutnya semua orang kena fokus kepada SOLUSI nya. Apakah jalan penyelesaian terbaik? Bagaimana untuk elakkan perkara ini berulang lagi? Apa langkah seterusnya? dan lain-lain. Macam ni barulah masalah boleh selesai dengan cepat.

Yang terakhir adalah kompaun, denda dan yang seantara dengannya. Saya sebenarnya kurang selesa dengan langkah ni. Kalau boleh kita elakkan bab denda-denda ni dan jikalau perlu untuk denda jugak, biarlah dengan tujuan untuk mendidik. Kenapa saya kurang setuju? Menghukum adalah langkah bersifat sementara sebenarnya kawan-kawan. Ianya bukan pendekatan yang efektif pun. Sebagai contoh, kita ada anak. Bila anak tak solat, instead of didik dengan penjelasan dan hujah, kita guna cara hukuman. Anak tu akan solat selagimana kita ada, kerana takut. Akan tetapi sampai satu masa bila anak tu dah keluar dari rumah, anda rasa apa akan terjadi? Sebahagian besarnya akan buat perkara sebaliknya, ‘culture shock’. Di pendekkan cerita, kita tak nak masyarakat kita takutkan denda dan kompaun, atau sebab takut kerana ada cctv merata tempat dan juga mungkin ada pihak penguatkuasa. Tetapi kita nak masyarakat kita buang sampah ke tempat yang sepatutnya adalah kerana mereka mempunyai kefahaman mutlak akan kepentingan menjaga kebersihan alam sekitar dan kawasan setempat. KESEDARAN SIVIK.

Saya mungkin betul dan saya juga mungkin salah. Ini cumalah pendapat dan idea-idea dari saya. Jika anda rasa ianya bernas, bolehlah diguna pakai dan saya gembira jika ianya dapat dimanfaatkan. Akan tetapi jika anda ada pandangan dan idea-idea yang lebih kreatif dan menarik, bolehlah kongsi di ruangan komen supaya kita semua dapat gunakan untuk kebaikan bersama. Tugas mendidik itu adalah tugas kita BERSAMA.

Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate at Trove Brands, you will coordinate the receiving, preparation, and shipping of product. You’ll play an integral role in the efficiency of our inbound and outbound supply chain.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be expected to be a leader in all aspects of the Fulfillment Team's job duties. • Verify outbound shipments and coordinate documents to guarantee vendor compliance

?? Vietnam is going through its 4th major covid outbreak. One of the hardest hit provinces is a place north of Hanoi, known as Bac Giang, and one of Bac Giang's major crops is lychee.
Vietnam is a very different country from the west. A lot more emphasis is placed on community, compared to individualism in the west. Covid and Bac Giang's lychee's are a perfect example. With the covid outbreak hitting them so hard, people around Vietnam decided to join forces and purchase as much lychee as possible, to help out the farmers. This community attitude is something I love about Vietnam, and Asia in general.
I thought it would be a great idea to help out the farmers in Bac Giang, as well as help out some of the less fortunate people in Hanoi. Plus, it's interesting content for me as well! A win-win-win. So I bought 50kg of lychee from Bac Giang, and decided to give it away to people on the streets of Hanoi. Hope you enjoy.

Every year, Mazu (the patron goddess of seafarers) sets off on a pilgrimage from her home at Zhenlan Temple in Taichung’s Dajia District. This is the biggest Mazu pilgrimage in Taiwan in terms of the number of official participating brigades, or processional teams. It also has the largest number of followers who spontaneously join the procession along the way. The route of the nine-day, eight-night procession follows the path of early immigrants as they spread out across Taiwan. Apart from revisiting historical paths, the procession also strengthens the faith of local believers and helps them gain a deeper understanding of the significant cultural value behind this event. This ancient and elaborate sacrificial rite is a precious cultural asset. In recent years, the scale of the event has grown, becoming a classic example of how folk religion evolves in response to societal changes. In recent years, Dajia’s Mazu Pilgrimage has been named one of the world’s three biggest religious festivals by the Discovery Channel, and UNESCO has included Mazu beliefs and customs on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
